Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are mixed, with several negative comments about poor maintenance, lack of value for price, and issues with cleanliness, especially in the pool area. Many guests found the service lacking, citing demotivated staff and slow response to problems. However, some guests did appreciate the courteous staff, spacious and clean rooms, and enjoyable amenities, particularly for family outings. The location is generally considered convenient, but the overall experience varies greatly depending on the specific room and facilities encountered. While a few guests had excellent stays and praised the hospitality, most reviews highlight significant areas for improvement.
