I had an issue because they could not prepare 2 separate invoices for 2 people being me with a colleague. It seemed to me the front desk staff was not exactly prepared for this. Even for the invoice, i have to wait until they send me by email even though i had asked to receive it in the check out process. The breakfast was not good. Nothing special offered
