Pros (+) The location is very good, great pool area and view of the water.
Cons (-) The room was nice, but the lighting could have been better - it was very dark inside after sunset. The shower wasn’t great but plumbing was being updated so understandable, and hopefully better after renovations completed.

Cons (-) We had no water at all the first night! Was told to walk 300 yards and use pool facilities! No hot water the second day. Safe did not work. Property is being renovated and we were in one of them. Standard of decor was nice but totally unacceptable to have no water! Unable to be moved as fully booked. Cons (-) Ice machines work half the time and towels were taken but not replenished. Cable was out and no one seemed to care.

Pros (+) The property is old but the rooms were clean, comfortable bed. Location is convenient to John Pennecamp and other area attractions. The adjacent restaurant had good food and service and an excellent sunset view.
Cons (-) The pool was very nice, clean and had enough lounge chairs. I cannot call this a "beach" property. The area that was open to the bay was only about 20 feet wide with man-made walls on either side. There was sand but not much water.
