Pros (+) Beautiful Victorian home in a fantastic location! Rooms are huge and the staff is simply the best! A shuttle was provided which was very nice.
Cons (-) No wifi at all in the Lopez house. Zero signal. The shower had no cold water, only hot. Not so good if you have a sunburn. Strong exterior lighting lit up the bedroom all night. The sunning area by the ocean is concrete. This property has no beach. Otherwise, this is a 5 star place. The staff is great!

Pros (+) Perfect location on the quiet end of Duval. Nice continental breakfast and a beautiful location on the deck for breakfast. Very nice pool and access to the patio on the water. Excellent - would definitely stay here again.
