Pros (+) After we upgraded to a room with Ocean view the experience was wonderful.
Cons (-) The Key West View room we originally booked had an awful view of mostly other rooms, balconies, concrete and car park. You could see a bit of ocean from one corner of the balcony but to call that a room with a view was an exaggeration. We had to upgrade to get a nice view. The move to Ocean View room was expensive but totally worth it.
