Everything from location to service and facilities was great the only thing we were a little put off by was the fridge situation it is not for personal use only items for sale and it would be an extra charge if we used it, or for an extra charge we could rent our own fridge. It was not enough of an inconvenience to prevent us from coming back we will be returning for sure

Very greedy pace. Everything was outrageously expensive. 6 dollar waters. 20 dollar beverages. You have to buy a umbrella at the pool in 110 degree heat. No water fountains anywhere. No coffee in the room unless you paid for it. Who know how much that was. 18 dollars for parking a day. The list goes on.. won’t go back.

Cons:When we rolled up it was actually closed. Had to go into a closed hotel to find that out that we had to go to DeLano hotel to stay not the actual Mandalay Bay itself. Delano was nice.

Pros:Place appears to be nice and in pretty good order.
Cons:I visited during covid so having to pay a resort fee when you cannot use most resort accommodations is thievery. We couldn't even get a cup of coffee without standing in a long line to the one Starbucks that was open. Would be safer to have the other locations open. Hot tubs ate closed. Big issue was having to pay $50 to remove items from refrigerator to store your things. I found out the hard way. Since I removed items in fridge to store my drinks and then put their items back at checkout I had to pay 50 bucks to use the fridge. I should have just drank the items. However they did a good job of removing the charge but said I could get charged later if items end up missing over the next year. Doesnt make sense but glad they removed fee. Resort fee is robbery though and hotel is far to one end of strip.

Cons:Paying $40 on Kayak then getting charged + $50 taxes, undisclosed until I checked in, and another $90. That’s $200 for a $40 room . Will never use Kayak again
