5.0 Okay
Cons: Staff was not friendly and not willing to help.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: staff and breakfast was ok
Cons: the rooms had cockroaches and the phones did not work.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: Breakfast too weak for this type of hotel. Beer at bar totally awful and with price 8,9€....Hotel very noisy. During check-in I wanted to get invoice, but printer was not working at that time and even if I provide my email address I did not get anything.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Staff pretending not to understand English. Or really not understanding? Windows closed forever "for security reasons". Rooms are very stuffy, ventilation doesn't work properly. We asked to open the windows, but they refused. For early check-in or late check-out they charge 45 euro, though prices are already too high for the quality of the hotel. No fitness, no sauna, no beauty parlour. Small shabby rooms and badly working reception.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The staff were friendly. The breakfast was ok.
Cons: My room seemed rushed - although they admit it wasn’t ready and I had to wait 5 mins (didn’t mind waiting 20 mins) the room was not properly cleaned - urine behind the toilet lid (a lot). Had an empty fridge, not even water - had to request it and we only got 1 bottle to share between 5 people. We were told that we would get a breakfast menu in the morning but never received it & when we enquired in the morning we were told there isn’t a menu and breakfast was over. Oh and there was so much water leaking from the ceiling in reception that the kids asked if they had a pool
5.4 Okay
Pros: Internet, location
Cons: Dirty, not give hotel slipper
6.0 Good
Pros: The location and soft bed The restaurant and staff were very good
Cons: Room too hot, no tea and coffee facilities and when asked staff for help 3 times, no response

5.0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was ok, though not much of a choice for vegetarians.
Cons: The shower handle was broken,so the water flow was very hard to negotiate . A tiny sink to wash your face .( my colleague mentioned that on another stay she had an good size bathroom with bath ,and working shower ). A single very flat pillow on each bed ,almost like sleeping with out a pillow. A small room, with little room to leave your lugage and toiletries on the bedside table. Depending on which staff were on duty at the reception, you were lucky to be greeted when entering the hotel ,in the evening.
6.0 Good
Pros: Late check-in, location nearby the subway
Cons: Light in shower was blinking, we can easily hear talks and noise from the next rooms.
7.0 Good
Pros: - Proximity to public transportation (tram t3a and metro) - The staff was very polite and kind. - Internet is fast. - Fair price for 2 people/5 nights.
Cons: - The rooms were supposed to be soundproof. Yet we were disturbed very early in the morning and very late at night by noise coming from the hall way, the upper floor and the streets. - Rooms are very old. They could use some painting at least. - The bed was not super comfortable. Very old
1.0 Poor
Cons: They never replied me any mail
6.0 Good
Pros: Location is good. It was not expensive. Food at breakfast was good quality.
Cons: Not enough staff at breakfast. Ran out of basics and because of not enough staff it takes a long time to get more. Rooms -repairs have been done really badly. That green colour! Surely a large chain of hotels can mend things properly.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: -clean facilities -nice lobby area with bar and tv -friendly front desk staff, spoke English -room was nice for the price -multiple doors in room increased privacy and decreased sounds from hallway
Cons: Small amount of storage in room

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The property at least is a hotel, and its quite clean. The staff was polite.
Cons: However, on they put me in a weird 7th floor room where the keycard didn't work, and the elevator didn't go to all those rooms. I had to go up and down a few times to get a working keycard, and carry my huge luggage. I mean, I'm not asking much from a hotel, but they should at least provide working keycards and not have "extra rooms" that aren't easily accessible.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and price
Cons: Small rooms but it’s acceptable
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has a good location. It is close to Porte d'ivry metro station (10 min) and Olympiades station (15 min). The location of the hotel favored commuting in Paris due to the strong strike of metros and trains. Highly recommend the hotel.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Staff were good, but we had bed bugs in the room.. that's it, no much more to say, not recommended at all !!
Cons: Bed Bugs in the room.. that's it, no much more to say, not recommended at all !!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: That Paris Tax its not aggregated to the bill
7.0 Good
Pros: Hotel facilities and rooms were nice and clean; appropriate also for demanding customers. There is quick metro connection to the city centre. I recommend to take breakfast in the Hotel.
7.0 Good
Pros: Room was very clean and most of the hotel staff was very friendly and always willing to help.
Cons: Once, we had a bad experience with an specific person of the staff at the front desk who was working nights. We were trying to sort out an issue with the internet connection and we did not receive much assistance about it as we did a couple of nights before with a similar problem. Apart from that I do not have any more complaints.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: The room was awful, beds were clean but the whole room needed a facelift, my 7 year old wouldn't even get undressed for bed and slept in her clothes. Lift didn't work from secure parking to hotel but no-one thought to inform us and no signs so we spent 15 minutes trying to find a staircase to get us into hotel. We were too late for restaurant and no room service available so my husband had to go out and find us something to eat in a not so great area. This was a stopover for us on a drive home from Spain, wouldn't stay there again.
7.3 Good
Pros: good localization, easily reached by metro. All staffs speaked English and were very kind.
Cons: poor breakfast considering its expensive price. Few options.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Location. Close to the peripherique
Cons: The hotel personnel was not friendly. Questions were not answered. I felt not welcome.
4.4 Okay
Pros: good parking
Cons: easy to miss slip-road to hotel and go back on motorway, then hard to find way back. Maybe a big sign a round-about, if allowed ?
8.0 Excellent
Pros: This was an excellent hotel - clean and tidy, staff on 24hrs, and possibly the cheapest bar in Paris! If you are looking for a great standard but cheap hotel, this is it. 5 mins walk from the Metro (Porte d'Ivry, line number 7) you can get anywhere in Paris very quickly. We couldn't fault the place. Don't be put off by the location - it's a few yards from the ring road - you couldn't hear a thing - it has double-double glazing! We will use it again - theres too much to see in Paris for just one long weekend away!

Trendy Hostel - Ivry-sur-Seine - Bedroom

With a stay at Trendy Hostel, you'll be centrally located in Ivry-sur-Seine, within a 10-minute drive of Canal Saint-Martin and Sorbonne University. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: No worry...you can join the hostel when ever you want even after midnight in the cold winter, because you will find the door open with warm reception and smile. Just book your place via booking.com
6.5 Good
Pros: The staff is very kind and are very fun. The hostel is right next to the metro station and if you buy ten tickets at a time it ends up only being 1.40 each way which is much cheaper than paying for a hostel further in the city, so long as you don't mind the extra 10-20 minutes in the metro each way.
Cons: The person who checked my friends and I in tried to buy a good review by giving us "free breakfast". We found the breakfast the next day to be severely disappointing: some toast and jelly and some cereal which had absolutely no flavor at all. DO NOT PAY FOR BREAKFAST. He charges 3.50 but tries to "give you a deal" when you check in for 2.00. There are a lot of scammers in Paris as you will soon discover and this one of them. You can easily walk down the street in the morning and find some nice pastries or buy something at the grocery store for about the same price and much more satisfying.
6.0 Good
Pros: We came to Paris for the Tolkien exhibition at the library and needed a cheap place to stay nearby. It was clean and we felt relatively safe. It was close to the metro (+-3 min).
Cons: Beds were very squeaky. No privacy curtain on the beds. Not a major issue but felt a bit exposed. A small lamp would also have been nice as our neighbours decided to shut off the light without asking while I was reading. The bathroom didn't have hot water.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hospitality was top notch
1.0 Poor
Cons: It is the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. We booked 2 beds in a 20 beds dorm room. My wife was attacked by a crazy guy during the second night we stayed there. There was no separation between my wife's bed and that guy's bed, so he could jump on to my wife's bed at 3am, wearing only underwear and screaming like crazy. He hit my wife several times as well. The staff responded quickly and was able to calm him down. For my wife safety, I asked the manager to cancel the next 3 nights and moved to another hotel. The manager was ok with that but never refund me. I have sent many emails to the manager without response. Try to stay away from this hotel as far as you can.

7.0 Good
Pros: Great location, easy to get to the AccorHotel Arena for the concert. Staff was friendly and it was very handy to have a parking directly next to/part of the hotel. Bathroom was better than most budget hotels I’ve stayed at. Staff kindly gave us more towels when we asked for it.
Cons: Main bed was great, bunk bed not so much. The bottom sheets were not clean (had several different types of hair on them and looked like they hadn’t been changed), there was no actual duvet for the bunk bed, just a thin sheet and fleece blanket.
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff was professional. Tried helping us in every possible way. The room was small but good enough to have a comfortable good night sleep. Beds were nice and bath room was clean. Resturant and bar were add ons. The close by Bercy 2 Mall was the biggest surprise as it had carrefour and we can shop for real basic value for money. We bought all the gifts from the carrefour. Happy to have it close by.
Cons: The property is very very far away from the Center. First a metro then a bus will take you there. It’s almost south easy end of the city. Industrial area. Rest is fine. Breakfast was basic.
5.0 Okay
Pros: cleaning of the room
Cons: the noises until late night

See hotel page Laurent Girard and his team welcome you at the doorstep of Paris, in Antony. The Originals Boutique, Hotel Maison de l'Abbaye, holds an unusual place steeped in history and surrounded by nature. Now a hotel, the building used to be a religious training center and the retirement house of the Marianists, with its chapel remaining now the only trace of its former life.In this peaceful, quiet place, guests here can regenerate and enjoy the comfortable rooms in a spiritual setting like no other.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely building and ambiance. Great breakfast available. Convenient location on line B giving direct access to city and both airports. You can join the vespers and prayers in the peaceful chapel.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice comfortable room
Cons: We stayed in a quadruple room. First night we had enough towels and water which were not replenished for 3 people for the second night. When you have a quad room, hate to ask for these things to also refill the coffee tray and a 3rd mug!
6.0 Good
Pros: Sleeping was simple but very good. And completely quiet as regards traffic noise, but hectic as regards the action in the corridor or in the neighbouring rooms.
Cons: It was a bit restricted to access the WC/shower, as it was 2 only (M+W) per ca 10 rooms. There was also some shortage of "toilet equipment".
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location was very good, close to RER train station ! Beautiful old charming building in cozy town. Old, but Very Clean and Great helpful staff in the hotel.
Cons: The Room was too small and too plain with dated furniture. Doesn't have a shower, but has a sink
6.0 Good
Pros: The location was very good. Very close to the RER station (Antony). Quite close to Orly airport. Breakfast was good. The hotel is located in a very pleasant mansion.
Cons: Shared bathroom. Honestly speaking I booked a very cheap room (so shared bathroom wasn't a surprise).
7.9 Good
Pros: The breakfast was good, the room very comfortable, and most of the staff were very helpful. I appreciated being given 2 fresh bottles of Evian water every day, and having a nespresso machine in the room!
Cons: The WiFi connection was unreliable and the staff didn’t seem to know what to do to get us back online. My husband helped by suggesting that they unplug the power to the modem- this quickly resolved the problem. Also, it would have been nice to have an iron available to remove the wrinkles in our clothing.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very quiet small quaint bedroom in an old convent, nested right above a chapel. Cozy feeling, very peaceful, two single beds and a separate bathroom (next door), with toilets down the corridor. The chapel can be accessed any time and contributes to the overall peaceful feeling. Very nice & simple breakfast
Cons: Not many restaurants nearby.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Close to Orlyval
Cons: The room looks sad, it would look better to decorate with lively colors
10.0 Excellent
Pros: What I learned in particular through this stay at La Maison de l'Abbaye is that the comfort level, the friendliness of the staff, the intrigue of the surroundings, and the continuing mission of the Marianiste Order makes me want to return time and again, which I certainly will do for my bi-annual visits to Paris. The ease with which one can be transported via ReR to the heart of Paris in twenty minutes, the ambiance of Antony village, the quiet respite after a day in the hustle and bustle in the heart of the city, not to mention the appropriate cost of the accommodations, so distinct from the over inflated price of rooms in Paris city center, all make this an ideal hotel to choose! And I can't believe the added benefit of getting to both Orly or Charles de Gaulle airport with speed and ease - the hotel is a three minute, downhill walk from the trains that run so regularly to both!
6.8 Good
Pros: Quiet. Decent low key room. Amazing windows. Lots of church bells close.
Cons: Short hours at reception desk on weekends. I never got an email with the information on the door code and code to get keys, so had to rustle someone up using the emergency telephone number in the door.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Efficient and friendly staff who apart from one person were very helpful; great service; very clean; comfortable.
Cons: The duvet was too hot even with the temperature turned down as far as it could be. A lighter duvet or bedspread would have been great. The blue light on the tv was very bright and intrusive. I had to hang a towel over the light to make the light level more acceptable. The shuttle van/ bus driver taking us to the airport was a little abrupt and disinterested. A shame as he was our last contact with the hotel.

Cons: Cleanliness- the shower curtain was very dirty, the sheets had brown stains and the bed was smelling pee! I understand it is a 2 star hotel, but at least have clean sheets! The 2 receptionists I talked to were very rude and responded the questions like I was supposed to know the answer.
1.0 Poor
Cons: The hotel looks nice out side, but, inside very old, not clean, in the rooms neither the radiator or ac NOT working, no one to talk to, rooms small and not worth the expensive price of 65€
