Cons (-) This was the worst. I made my reservation through Kayak, received a "confirmation" code and all for nothing. When I arrived at the hotel I was at the check in area for 4 hours. They never found my reservation. I had to pay for a whole new reservation at the spot cause I just couldn't take it anymore. Do not book this hotel through Kayak EVER.
