Very pure breakfast .
The location is excellent and the room was clean and quiet. The bed was not comfortable. The front desk staff was not very friendly or helpful.
Loved the decor. Location was prime and walkable to most areas. Bathroom was a bit tight, but nicely appointed.
The breakfast-room and the service! Parking was full and just a short answer that there was still a public-one. No help offered and we were walking with all our stuff on the street.Airconditioning not sufficient. We ware in a 'large' room, what about a 'small'-one????
walking tour of the old part of lisbobn
The breakfast was excellent and the hotel was nice and quiet to stay with a child, the way from the town centre was difficult to figure out, because there were small lanes and streets crossing in very unbelievable way. For old people and people with disabilities the way is difficult to walk, because there are little hills and round stones on the streets
Loved this place all the way: the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness and character of the place, and the comfortable room. Highly recommended! Lots of stairs here, so be prepared to haul your suitcases around upon arrival and departure.
Excellent touristic situation. Free WiFi and Port wine. Room could have been a little bit bigger for the price.
Silence, privaty, vew of the city, location near beautyful Alfama district, e[otic and unusual room assambly. clamping by the staires and toilet on the second floor.
The front desk staff could not have been nicer, very professional considering, especially considering their current lack of a working front desk. Breakfast was available at a great little restaurant only a few doors down from the hotel staircase. Great hot and cold variety of buffet items for any taste. New rooms are pretty great and very quiet. Convenient location to central tourist sights. Hotel is located in a flat part of Lisbon which is helpful at the end of fabulous day touring, eating, and drinking. While I had been warned of the renovation in progress, I had not been prepared for the extent of the renovation. This was my second stay at Hotel Lisboa Tejo. I really enjoyed the old style hotel for its large, open rooms with hardwood floors and big windows. The newly designed rooms are sleek and comfortable but could be in any hotel in the world. As of July 2017, there is no public space - no lobby, registration desk, restaurant, bar, or breakfast area. Guests access the tiny temporary registration desk, which is also the landing for the elevator to above floors, by climbing a steep marble staircase. Anyone with accessibility issues will not be happy here until the renovation allows better hotel access.
It was in a very good location for seeing all the Lisbon sights, and an imaginative renovation of an old townhouse Got woken up at 6 am by the trams, so found it a rather tiring break
Central location, view of the castle from the room.
Very good location and helpful kind staff. Beds were terrible; shower broken and breakfast was awful.
