Location is very good and bus to Stansted airport stops only two blocks away.
We had to change room after first night of the four night period that we had reserved. First room was cold, heater was not working. Shower curtain of the other room was so dirty it smelled real bad when getting wet. It was changed when I told personal about it.
The rate of £120 compared to other London hotels made me believe this was a nice hotel. The rroms were run down, breakfast was served to rooms because there was no restaurant. Generally hotel was of poor quality
The location was handy, thats all
The shower did not WORK...i asked it to be fixed and it wasn'T. I will be calling with rewgards to receiving a discount.
Proximity to Oxford Street. Numberous eating establishments. The breakfast offered was basic but okay.
The hotel- should be billed as b & B. The sink in ensuite clogged & water could not disperse. Pillows filthy. Furniture in room delapadated & there was a large rusty fridge in the room!
The area where Boston Court is located is quite smart and not too far from the Underground Station and many buses as well as restaurants.
With no lift I would not recommend this place for retired folk. My room was on the top floor and stairs were steep especially with a heavy suitcase. Painting was in progress.
Relatively quiet, warm.
No light in bathroom for the first 24 hours. No towels, had to ask and got one. No choice of breakfast, other than toast. No milk for coffee. Very old, not decorated for ages.
Staff were friendly and helpful, hotel was very central in a good location.
Hotel bedroom was not as clean as it should have been.
The Staff was very friendly and always ready to help..A+++
The room needs to be revamped as the connecting bathroom had problems and looked very used, the room needs some fresh paint and carpets need a bit of freshing up. The price was expensive I expected a nicer room but on the whole the location was perfect
The reception desk was very attentious (Anita) and the room was nice.
Bathroom improvement (replace plastic courteins by glass box) and elevators.
