Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many finding it convenient for exploring the city and close to key attractions and transport links. However, the majority of reviews express strong dissatisfaction with the cleanliness and upkeep of the property, describing rooms and bathrooms as dirty, outdated, and in need of renovation.
