Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location near Marble Arch and Hyde Park, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, the reviews were dominated by severe complaints about cleanliness, with many guests describing dirty rooms, mold, pests, and poor hygiene standards. Some guests also noted issues with noise, maintenance, and the dated condition of the property. While a few found the hotel to offer good value for money and spacious rooms, the negative experiences with cleanliness and comfort were a significant concern for many.
