The hotel was fantasic clean presentable staff were lovely and very welcoming will be staying again in the very near future.
The windows dont have handles on making it very hard to close the window tight and shut out the noise as we were in a room on the motorway side it was quite noisey.
Staff nice, lobby clean not to cluttered. Breakfast good. bed comfortable, general faclities good.
No soap or despensers in bathroom. Television very old not good quality picture But the worst thing was the air conditioning it was rubbish my room never got below 23.8, which is much to warm to try and have a good night sleep after working all day and needing to feel fresh the following morning, at this temperture it was impossible.Also when telling a member of staff on the morning of the checkout, all she said was I should have called maintance.This was not an oversite by me the problem was I was so knackered when I got to hotel the last thing I wanted to do was start calling front desk, re warm room, which in my opion could not have been changed as the unit was working but not generating cold air flow but just recerlating room temp air.
I had to provide my own soap, which I have never done in any hotel I have styed in.

very impressed with the facilities, above what i was expecting, great value restaurant and bar and the best choice of breakfast ive seen in a while, was very pleased to see wifi is now free in all rooms ( all hotels should offer this) rooms are huge with the biggest double bed i have ever seen in a hotel liked teh air con too overall excellent stay

thought breakfast was excellent all you can eat great start to the day, bedrooms where very spcious with huge beds and great baths. liked the moive selection and the fact wifi was available in the bedroom. excellent hotel
