The location was good, the staff nice and the breakfast good. The beds were confortable
The carpet in the rooms wasn’t very clean. On our 3rd day housekeeping never cleaned our room. We had to ask for a change of room
I love the bed and bed linens, I slept soundly every night! The shower was also great, I love the modern style bathroom. On my day of check out one of the staff very kindly came into the underground with me to carry my large suitcase and help me on the train. I was impressed with him going above and beyond my expectations, it made my journey so much easier and I really appreciated his help.
There was some dust in the wardrobe which was rectified when I mentioned it. The restaurant was disappointing for dinner, breakfast was much better. My air conditioning was not easy to work out and was very cold. On the last day the maintenance person came to look but couldn’t fix it and had to turn it off. It was not ideal as it was a bit too warm on the last night.
The Bailey’s Hotel was wonderful. Having never been to London we really didn’t know where we were staying. A friend recommended the hotel and we are very happy with our stay.
The AC didn’t not cool the room and we were there two of the warmest days of the summer.
I liked the location close to everywhere and the breakfast was good
There was power outage and my wing of rooms was affected throughout the night. A decent replacement was made the following morning lunch and dinner were not up to scratch for my kids. Air conditioning was not effective to neutralise the summer heat most of the time.
Very good location
Too many small things wrong and overall underwhelming for the cost and the 5 star billing.

The property was renovated in 2016 adding all the modern comforts while maintaining the historic charm.
