We liked the location and breakfast. The room though was too hot 25 C and the faucet leaked all night. Staff were fine but mostly not good english speakers, so communication was a little tough both ways, I couldn’t understand them very well and visa versa. When I told them of the problem with the room temperature the person just gave excuses rather than a promise to check and fix the issue.

Pros (+) The location of this hotel is unbelievable! It literally sits right on the Thames river, and the view of the Tower bridge is stunning!! Not to mention it’s incredibly beautiful on the inside, it has fantastic amenities and the restaurant inside is wonderful! It’s also a very simple walk across the bridge to the other side to get to the Tower of London and a plethora of other restaurants and shoppi...

Cons (-) The parking garage is relatively small, so if you’re driving in your own car on the weekend, be aware. We had a hard time parking.
