Cons (-) This place is no more than a big rundown house where they rent out bedrooms (some with their kids belonging still in them). The husband is a nice fellow but the wife is loud, pushy, and was rude to the point of abusive with her immigrant helper - berating, scolding, ordering her around. I was awakened by her banging on the door at 8:15 am saying her maid needed to clean the adjacent bedroom. Loud ...

Pros (+) It was located within walking distance to Universal Studios and a few restaurants. The owners were very charming and hospitable. The room and bed was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast had a few things to choose from including eggs made to order. We would definitely stay here again!
