Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to explore Malacca's main attractions, restaurants, and markets. The staff were frequently described as friendly and helpful, contributing positively to the overall experience. Many reviewers found the rooms to be spacious and the beds comfortable. However, there were recurring complaints about cleanliness, maintenance issues (such as the lift and bathroom facilities), and limited parking. While some guests enjoyed the river views and balcony, others noted the hotel is aging and could benefit from renovations. Overall, the positives of location, service, and room comfort stood out.
