This place needs some work, properly installed door seals would a fantastic start, cut down on road noise from the freeway, or the neighboring room with kids running around the property late at night. Ask the painter to tape things off before painting walls or bathrooms, The flooring which was nice in the rooms, and set to be easy to clean, left our feet brown when walking barefoot.
