The hotel actually overcharged my overnight accommodation without any notice, and I found out when I received my bank statement. I am very angry. I think the hotel staff is very irresponsible. I will definitely not stay in this hotel again next time. The breakfast staff was very unfriendly and she looked as if she was angry. At 8:00, almost no food, but when I asked her, she was very impatient, and did not add food, and before 9:00 she collected all the drinks and food for a lot of guests. In the restaurant did not get breakfast and drinks. Had to go.

Nice overall
Bed was so comfortable! Spacious room. Nice and quiet. Good breakfast.
Red lipstick one of of the pillow cases, which means the staff doesn't launder all of the sheets. Curly hair on the bed. Housekeeping definitely cut corners.

The only good thing I can say is that the accommodation was comfortable.
This was the lease welcoming Hampton Inn that I have ever stayed at. Staff was not at all friendly and security was ridiculous. I have never been in a hotel with so much security. I mean they were storming around the hotel, standing in the hallways and scaring our hockey kids to the point of nightmares . They are 9-10 year old boys. I never felt at ease and relaxed

They serve you in plastic cups. No restaurants. It says breakfast included but there is only a basket at the reception with a pile of croissants. Beautiful view over the trucks, therefor, you better not change your clothes in your room with no closing the curtains.
