Only good thing was they let us check in before 2pm.
We were not given a family room as confirmed on booking. We had 2 single beds. We had no towels on arrival to room. We had to ask and when we did were given 2 bath towels that looked and felt like they had been used. We were given a room in the 2nd block on the 4th floor, which there was no lift, we had 4 suitcases and a buggy to get up the 4 flights of stairs. Air con was not adequate, it was slow and not cool enough. No bin in room Fridge wasn't working to store bottles of water Shower was leaking onto floor.
