Pros:

Car was clean and at least they had one for me. The gentleman behind the counter was nice.

Cons:

I picked up my car at the Medford airport. There's no signage indicating you have to go inside to pick up the rental, I just happened to walk inside after driving around the rental vehicle lot. I had booked an economy car (small size) and instead got stuck with a big gas guzzler on a 6-hour drive home. So while the initial rental was cheap, with the cost of gas it ended up being more than if I had just rented somewhere else. I was one person traveling by myself; I didn't want or need a massive SUV instead of a standard sedan and I'm not sure why an airport has so much trouble getting a variety of vehicles.

You guys could’ve been more reliable Understanding and helpful. You need better communication threw the companies. I had a flat and it took you guys basically two days to get me a new car. You guys charged me twice for insurance then tried to charge me again just to get me my car

Employees were accommodating and kind both in person and on the phone! Returning the vehicle was also very easy and convenient with the employee in the parking lot assisting with quick returns! My experience overall was excellent!

We reserved a car off site because it was much cheaper. We walked with our luggage to go pick up the car. Joe was our salesman, he was very friendly but added $31 per day coverage that I told him I didn't want. I was charged basically double for the car rental because of that. I will never rent from Avis again and will definitely check the fine print next time regardless of nice talking agents. Very unhappy!!

I confirmed a mid size car that said it would accommodate 5 passengers and 3 suitcases. When we got to the rental all they had was a 2 door mustang convertible. Despite other cars being on the lots that’s all they would give me since I was returning at another location. No assistance whatsoever. Terrible customer service.

When I picked up the car no one was in the office. I rang the bell, but had to wait several minutes before I got any response. Drop off and the shuttle ride to the airport were super smooth

Super quick pickup/dropoff and received a nicer car than we were expecting.

Cons:

The shuttle from the airport was a little bit of an unexpected inconvenience but they were super quick to pick up after calling. Could see how it would be a big pain if you were picking up/returning after hours.
