Pros (+) On arrival we were upgraded to a Jacuzzi suite which was beautiful and had a duel aspect view of the sea and city. The free cocktail hour was an added bonus - just need to pay a $1 per drink tip to the bar staff. We had good wi-fi in our room and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) There was nothing to dislike about this hotel as everything exceeded our expectations.

We were several hours early for check-in, but the front desk allowed early check-in as soon as a room became available. The bellman stored our suitcase until we were able to go up to our room. Pros (+) The pool area and the beach were good. The people at the desk were very helpful. The location was PERFECT. The free drinks in the afternoon is a good idea.
Cons (-) There was a lot of street noise.(our room faced the street) The room was old and the carpet needed cleaning.

Cons (-) The hotel was not what we expected. The room was not what was . It looked old and the mattress made so much noise you could hear it down the hallway. The service was terrible too little staff for so many people checking in and out. The check out process was horrible. They charge you $10 per room key that you don't turn in. Way over priced for what we got. Never stay there again. Lesson learned.
