Villas are run down. No door in main entrance leaving it open to palmetto bugs, dust and dirt. Loud music from club down stairs left it difficult to sleep. No elevator.

Pros (+) Closeness to everything was awesome and really convieniant. Staff was friendly and overall stay can't complain at all.

Cons (-) They charge extra for early check in. The hotel was under construction and they put us right next to it so we couldn't sleep in the morning. The shower didn't get hot until it was ran for 10 minutes. The shower pressure was non-existent. It barely dripped out. We payed extra for the suite which included a kitchen, the stove in the kitchen didn't work. The bed wasn't comfortable and the towels were...
