Pros (+) Comfortable beds, clean rooms, the lobby is nicely decorated. Very close to the beach and walkable to most of south beach

Pros (+) The room was neat, clean, and modern. The welcome drink was a nice touch as well as the waffles supplied during breakfast.
Cons (-) My room was located in adjacent tower and there was construction/repairs of some sort in the building during my stay; therefore, there was dust and debris in the halls.

Pros (+) Staff was very friendly, rain shower was nice. Continental breakfast was good, more options than I expected. The location was perfect for walking to Espanola street, Ocean Avenue, the beach, and even to Lincoln Mall.
Cons (-) Even with the AC running, it was hot in our room on the fourth floor during the day. Bed sheets had a weird stain on them. Hallway smelled strongly of marijuana.

Pros (+) location and staff were good.
Cons (-) walls paper thin, heard partying ALL night in hallway and nearby rooms. overwhelming cleaning agent smell, no water pressure in shower. TV had snowy pic, no local stations. big ugly stains on wall used as a headboard.
