Pros (+) The lobby was well decorated and the location is great. Being so close to the beach and having a pool area.
Cons (-) The staff was very inconsiderate and did not treat their customers with respect. They created our reservation in the wrong name and did not try to make it up to us after spending an hour in their lobby trying to tell them we had a reservation. Kayak was amazing at coordinating with them and confirming we had a reservation. This hotel has a lot of work to do and I would not recommend anyone staying...
