Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently appreciate the hotel's central location, making it easy to access popular attractions, shopping, and the beach. However, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, including unpleasant odors and maintenance problems in rooms and common areas. Service is frequently criticized, with several guests reporting unhelpful or rude staff and problems during check-in or with deposits. Room size is also a concern for some, with comments about cramped spaces and lack of storage. The pool area receives mixed feedback, with some enjoying the amenity while others note cleanliness or access issues. Overall, while the location is a highlight, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and room comfort.
