Pros: The location was fantastic, right in the main shopping street. The staff, Enrico & Roberto could not have been more helpful; carrying our bags to the car, recommending and reserving a restaurant, and advising about the area. The room was unbelievable, with the original painted ceiling being the highlight. The modern ensuite was in complete contrast to the room but worked so well. The shower was huge! We enjoyed a comprehensive breakfast in the beautiful reception area.
Cons: Nothing at all!

Pros: The stay was so relaxing. The staff made us feel very welcomed and fulfilled every wish! Coffee and dinner was very delicious!
Cons: A/C loud, door was making lots of noises during the night when the windows were open.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the room we stayed in - extremely spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff were exceptional - Ahmed and Sayed were personable and very helpful, always willing to help with any requests we had. The breakfast was very good, fresh ingredients and friendly staff managing it all. The view from Cicolina is sensational - we spent most days at the pool which overlooks the rolling hills of Montepulciano which was one of the best parts of our holiday. The dinner setting outside is very romantic - definitely worth trying but most nights we went into town which is a very short ride from Cicolina - there are so many great restaurants to try. We used the shuttle service a number of times which was really great. Sayed also booked a wine tour for us which was really enjoyable. We can't say enough about this place - it was the best value by a long shot and the staff are just awesome. Definitely go check it out!
Cons: No complaints!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Gorgeous grounds, the pool was the highlight and the lovely little restaurant for breakfast. We were in the cottage and it was very basic. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the furnishings awkward and dirty. The cleaning lady did a wonderful job considering the circumstances. It’s a great value for the money and a one of a kind experience but don’t expect a lot of frills.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location is wonderful-a 25 minute walk into Montepulciano, but perfectly peaceful, with amazing views. Breakfast is fantastic and staff are so helpful. Dinner is great value and the gardens are simply breathtaking.
Cons: Soundproofing is a little lacking-this is a very quiet hotel, but in the bedrooms, you can hear noises from other rooms. The air conditioning is very loud as well.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful pool and lovely dining area
Cons: Check in was a bit confusing. Thought our 2 rooms were going to be regular rooms. As it turned out one of the rooms for our grown children was remote and we ended up in a 2 BR cottage. We could have been put together in the cottage and someone else could have had their remote room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Dream House!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The grounds are gorgeous. The pool has a beautiful setting. The breakfast spread was great with very delish, fresh (still warm from the oven pastries). Dinner at the restaurant was tasty- highly recommend
Cons: The pool was so nice all the guests wanted to be there. Not enough lounge chairs- not a problem year round I'm sure. It's an old estate converted to hotel and has preserved so much of the antiquity, with that comes some interesting bathroom set ups and not a lot of lighting.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and my room was something out of a fairy tail. I would recommend staying here. It’s a very romantic hotel. I came alone so that was interesting, but all in all it was divine. Staff are excellent also & very accommodating.
Cons: No milk or sugar for coffee or tea in the room but there is a kettle. Would have been nice
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent, stunning views. Staff was very attentive. Dinner service at the Villa was the best of our trip. If your looking for a place to relax and wind down this is it.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: It's our third visit at La Terrazza Di Montepulciano; 2006, 2013 and now 2019. We came back again because we like this genuin hotel and the fantastic hosts Vittoria and Roberto. This time we chose this fantastic place for our silver wedding on our own, the other times we went here with three children, who also liked it a lot. The hotel is perfectly placed in the middle of the old town of Montepulciano, there's just a few indoor steps to the main street restaurant and shops. Classic Italian breakfast served at your table. While it's hot in Italy in the summer and it's not aloud to install air condition in the old town buildings, you can't cool the room that way, but it's not a main problem, you can stay with open windows and the fan in the ceiling at night and there were no mosquitos. And as another guest from New Zeeland said at breakfast: " You never get this at Hilton!" Hope to see you again, Vittoria e Roberto!
Cons: -
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff is very kind and helpful. Roberto makes you feel at home. The breakfast terrace is very nice and cosy. The free parking just in front of the hotel's door is superb.
Cons: The room's door was translucent letting the outside light to enter in the room during the night. Breakfast with little variety.

Pros: great apartment, wonderful location, a perfect place for a holiday

Pros: we liked that it was close to little towns but far away enough away to feel private and secluded. its a lovely property and liliana is just smiley and wonderful. The pool area is goregous, the kitchen is perfect and well equipped for cooking at home. whilst the property does not have aircon (it was the peak of summer) the room felt cool and there is lots of shade
Cons: * we only got coffee pods for one day :-/ (minor) * a fan option would be nice just incase * the entrance to your neighbour is side by side so privacy can be limited
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The house was beautiful, two big bedrooms eachone with a bathroom. The location is amazing: in the middle of the hills, olive trees and nature. very nice swimming pool. The location is perfect to visit all the most famous villages around.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All was very good!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location is beautiful, the apartment very large and well equipped, very convenient swimming pool. Very good value for money
Cons: Although the place is really nice the general feeling is that it lacks a bit of maintenance (e.g. the toilet seat was broken, sunbeds at the pool should be replaced). It would be good to have the opportunity to have breakfast. One night there was loud music coming from a nearby club/pub. The main building is fresh in summer, and we stayed well, but be aware that there is no air conditioning.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The property is on a very pretty and tranquil piece of land. The proprietor was just the friendliest, sweetest woman. Kitchen well equipped. Spacious apartment.
Cons: There were a couple ants in the bathroom (it is the countryside!). I would change the comforter out and hang a couple hooks in the bathroom for the towels.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It was really pleasant stay in our spaceous apartment. Host lady was really nice and welcoming. Property is in beautiful area with green hills where you can really enjoy quiet time and relax.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was perfectly situated to the city but outside of all the busyness. I loved the rural views of Tuscany. The hostess was very gracious and allowed me to use her wifi since the room wifi wasn't working.
Cons: I read a comment that the wifi isn't reliable, which it isn't, but then don't you go to the country to unplug from technology anyway. However, as an international traveler heading home afterward, it was difficult to plan the last leg of my journey. That's the only disconcerting issue we had.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: - the Hostess and her dog Brenda were amazing - super friendly and funny - the apartment had everything we needed - the whole location and surrounding is beautiful - great pool area
Cons: - working was a little difficult since the internet didn't work proberly

Pros: Roberto and Laura were great hosts and could not have asked for any better. The apartment was lovely and better than expected as well as the orchards and how well both Roberto and Laura keep up the grounds. Due to the recent rains, the pool cover was removed the evening before we left so we did not have a chance to swim in the pool which would have been added pleasure. We enjoyed sitting outside eating and drinking wine which added quality to our visit.
Cons: Bed was a little hard for us but we worked through it.

Pros: The best part was what the host bought to the table. From helping out with our tours, to fetching us from the city on an awful rainy night . I think the attentiveness was really what we will remember , The stay is comfortable and very fair value in comparison to a spot more town centered obviously. You need to stock in with supplies and transport is a must .

Pros: We loved everything!! Lovely owners, beautiful appartments, a verry beautiful garden with a nice pool. The best place we've ever stayed so far. Feels like home. Also our kids (3 and 6 years old) loved this place.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hosts Roberto and Laura are super kind and helpful. They even gae us fruits and wine from heir own plantations. The house is has a rustic feeling to it, very typical of Tuscanny.
Cons: The cleaning of the kitchen could improve a little bit
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Kind owners Location and views
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice house inside, fully equiped, bathroom was cosy and clean. Beautiful garden, friendly owners
Cons: The sofa was uncomfortable even for our 10 y.o daughter. It is ok for little kids, but not for adults. It was also noisy, the road was close to our window and it was a busy one, plus we could hear our neighbours from the bedroom, every toilet flash and crying children early in the morning. Yet it seems that it is more quiet in other appartments. I would also like to suggest to extand the pool working hours, they were 10 am-7pm. Chek-out is till 10am, so no way to swim in the morning, or if you arrive later Maybe we were just spoiled by other places we stayed during this trip))
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The swimming pool was amazing and Roberto looked after it so well that it was crystal clear and beautifully clean every day. The central Bbq was also great for eating with friends or chatting with other guests.
Cons: Perhaps some air conditioning in the rooms, but this is a minor detail.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The pool is a great feature and it felt very homely. The hosts were very accommodating
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Il Fienile is a very good holiday address in the heart of Tuscany. The hosts are very friendly and allways offer a hand if there is a need. Thank you very much Laura and Roberto. We truly enjoyed our stay and we can only highly recommend you to any other potential holiday-seeker!

Cons: Nothing. Everything is as expected and as it should be.

Pros: We enjoyed using the pool every day we were there. We also took advantage of the outdoor fireplace to cook our dinners, and the fireplace in our living room to eat our dinner by.
6.7 Good
Pros: Very nice hotel staff, big rooms, good choice of local wine.
Cons: Bathroom amenities were not provided.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely setting!!! There was a fruit and vegetables basket set out for guests. We ate the most delicious white peach and yellow plums I have ever had! The pool was also lovely and cleaned each morning.

Pros: Loved the area. Nice little place. Would have liked to stay longer to enjoy the hotel. Close to Montpulciano and many other great Tuscany towns.
Cons:
7.4 Good
Pros: The location was no more than a 5 min drive from Montepulciano in a quiet rural location. The accomodation was comfortable and spacious, the owners were courteous and helpful. The room was big and bright, the kitchen had all that was needed to sit in and cook with a nice garden to eat in if a quiet night in was all you wanted. It was also ideally located for a night out in Montepulciano as well.
Cons: My only complaint would be that the shower head needed to be fixed and the pool could have been a little cleaner but I would have no qualms about coming back or recommending it.
6.0 Good
Pros: Quiet and nice location nearby Montepulciano.
Cons:
7.2 Good
Pros: Excellent location (3 km from historical town of Montepulciano), very nice Tuscan architecture (interior and exterior), swimming pool
Cons: Near the road but not a big issue, bad gsm signal (maybe good points :-)

Pros: We had amazing time during our stay in San Martino! Karin welcomed us and was very carrying during our stay. Place has amazing restaurant to it and of course location close to Montepulciano, but off roads and city is stunning. You will not regret staying in San Martino
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Every detail of our stay. Every artistic detail laid out by the owners created a bucolic agriturismo setting. Within walking distance of Montepuciano. A perfect location to enjoy the wonderful breakfasts.
Cons: Seriously, not a thing!

Pros: Peaceful setting, Karin was a wonderful host.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Personal touch that owners brought to each corner, but still very professionally designed
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely loved everything about San Martino! It exceeded in every way and was a highlight of our trip. The ambience, rural quiet setting, location and it's team of people make it a perfect place to relax, unwind and explore the wonders of Tuscany. The rooms and facilities are finished to an excellent high standard, the room we had gave us views of the countryside, hotel and Montepulciano and we loved it. The rooms are all designed and finished to a chic style and have everything you could possibly require. The facilities at San Martino include everything you could require, including grounds to explore, natural swimming pool and an excellent breakfast. The breakfast every morning was a fresh selection of foods to cater to your needs and set you up for the day. Patricia and Michaela give you a warm welcome and are so helpful to assist you with breakfast and dinners. Evening meals prepared by the wonderful owner Karin are exquisite..... a vegetarian delight and we loved her food as it was cooked from the heart with local produce and the simple nature of Italian cooking combined with the ability to combine great flavours. I would definitely recommend you have dinner here at least a couple of nights. For us Karin was the highlight! From our initial welcome upon arrival, throughout our visit helping and assisting us with local sights and things to do and helping plan our days to her natural charm and positivity which made our trip so memorable. We would like to thank Karin and her team for making our trip so wonderful and we really hope to visit again soon. Thank you from Ricky & Craig x

Pros: Karin, Antonio and their staff could not of been more helpful during our state. Close to the old city of Montepulciano. Excellent food and wine on offer. Garden and views were beautiful.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner Karin was very warm, friendly, welcoming and helpful. She had a positive aura about her and her decorations reflected that. The breakfast was excellent. Our rooms were very comfortable.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location, scenery, the huge rooms
Cons: Price is too high
6.7 Good
Cons: Can the hotel have actual signs so it does not take 2 hours to locate it once you ar in Montepulciano. Also bathroom, specifically the shower needs to be updated.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a charming bed & breakfast that completely lives up to its description. Our room was very big and so was the bathroom. It had some very nice individual touches as well. We loved the view of Montepulciano, and we loved the peace and quiet after a busy day of sight-seeing.
6.7 Good
Pros: If you understand the principles of environmental sustainment and friendliness you will be happy here. The comfort is excellent but the amenities are not what you may expect at a similarly priced hotel, which this is not. The owners and staff are wonderful and their commitment to ecological and organiv principles are exemplary. Plus, the farm to table breakfasts (and dinners on request) are excellent.
Cons: Although you can walk, it is doubtful you will - especially at night after dinner. The city is quite a hike uphill. Parking is easy and close by, though and made it simple to get in and out. There is no air conditioning (for environmental reasons?) whicj would have been a huge problem for me if it was hot.
6.7 Good
Pros: Every morning, my husband received a very nice, home made gluten-free breakfast, that was very delicious.
7.7 Good
Pros: We stayed for one night at the end of May 2010. Really beautiful lodging, simple yet elegant, friendly people, a place with 'character'. Fantastic gardens, flowers and greenery surrounding all buldings, very nice views towards Montepulciano. The concept of natural and ecological living is conveyed in a charming way. The only people for whom this hotel would probably not be fit would be those valuing comforts in the room such as mini-fridge, television and telephone, as such facilities do not come with the package. Apart from this, the hotel is lovely and recommendable in every way.

Pros: Undiscovered beauty! Fab hotel run by a family. Rooms were spacious, clean and tidy. Free parking space inside ZTL which was a bonus but confusing to get back out of (ask for directions) would definitely stay here again
6.7 Good
Pros: Great hostess. Was easy to check in, parking on site, staff friendly, and great breakfast. Wonderful location.
Cons: Rooms were a bit older but definitely had the historical charm. Showers were very small but was ok for two days. Rooms were but dark but not an issue since we were out most of the time.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location with an amazing view from our room. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were lovely. The room was very clean.
7.9 Good
Pros: Very good staff, helpful and welcoming. Everything spotless, very clean. Triple room quite spacious. Comfortable beds and pillows. Bathroom clean and bright. Enough towels and toiletries. The overall style of the hotel old Tuscan, though common spaces are nicer than the actual rooms. Nice breakfast: several cheeses and cold cuts, omelette if you want it. Unusually for Italy, very modest choice of pastry and fruit. The hotel is very well situated in the historic part of Montepulciano.
Cons: Bathroom very small! Shower small to the point of being seriously claustrophobic. One very high step from the bathroom to the room, quite dangerous. If you forget about it and step down, the result could be very unpleasant. Parking is rather far from the hotel, unless you are lucky and there still are free places near the hotel (which are few).
9.6 Excellent
Pros: First time stay in montepulciano and staying at the il marzocco was the cherry on the Sunday. Everything from the warm welcome from Gianna to the friendly house keeper Sonia and not to mention the impeccably clean and comfy room and spectacular view we stayed in. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Pros: Very nice and helpfull staff, beautiful view from the balcony. We travelled by motorbike and there was no problem to park the bike in the hotel garage. Thank you :-).

Pros: Good location , friendly staff
Cons: No air con, can’t sleep with open windows due to street noise ((
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I had a room with a view. AMAZING!
Cons: Breakfast. Unfortunately not much to choose between for a gluten-free person. More fruit, less sugar would be 100%. Coffee, very good!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was amazing - from cleanliness to the warm welcome and extraordinary customer service. I got a little sick during the trip and they went out of their way at night to make all these different remedies for me, as I wasn’t able to get any medicine from the pharmacy. They also had a such a cute welcome setup for us with a wine, as I had told them this is our honeymoon stay. We stayed there for 3 nights and had absolutely no complaints. The room, bed, washroom, floor, everything was so clean - it met the standards of someone who’s a neatfreak like me lol. They were also so accommodating with providing us breakfast outside the breakfast hours. I’d definitely come back here if I could, especially for the beautiful balcony view we had.
Cons: No complaints :)

Pros: Great location and kind staff
Cons: Only two waiters at a time in the restaurant, I would suggest having three
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed the 4 days at Borgo TreRose really much. The food at the restaurant and breakfast is absolutely fantastic and the views are incredible! The staff is so friendly and helpful. We were lucky to get a room upgrade and loved our room and little balcony with an amazing view. The entire hotel area is beautifully maintained and set up with so much love and details. We would always come back and highly recommend this hotel!!!
7.1 Good
Cons: WiFi only available by the pool despite the website stating free WiFi available in all areas. Service misrepresented. Very annoying. Chicken covered in bread crumbs at dinner was literally raw. Double room 40 small with little cupboard space although my daughters room lovely and spacious with plenty of storage. Grounds and pool area beautiful. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Phone number on booking.com incorrect.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location is amazing, the huge pool and the wonderful restaurant makes you wanna stay there for ever. The hotel complex is just like it's name says - a small village. It is the king of place you can spend weeks at! The staff was extremely helpful, from organizing wine tastings to helping us out with reservations to other programs. A must visit hotel if you are in Tuscany!
Cons: Due to a storm there was no wireless internet in the hotel - a little inconvinience but things like this can happen. Also, our room was supposed to be with a balcony, which turned out to be just a small seating area outside our door. But I guess if you stay in a tuscany-style building that is the closest to a balcony you can get, so it wasn't really a problem.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: My mother and I were upgraded to a 1 bed apartment which was a good start! We'd organised a wine tasting with Alijah, which was a lovely experience, she was very knowledgeable and I'd strongly recommend this, The restaurant was very good too with lovely views over the countryside
Cons: Not much really, other than a surly resident across the track from our apartment, why would someone appear miserable in such a lovely spot!
7.1 Good
Pros: The best views I have seen in Italy hands down! The breakfast was great in the dinner room was amazing .
Cons: The worse bed and bedding I have ever laid on also the tv was very small . The rooms should be updated it has a old style feeling. The rooms should match the rooms
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location is great and awesome in Tuscany - Chianti country side. A great location for someone who just want to stay at the hotel all day long and relax. However it is quite close by car Chianti's marvellous towns and villages.
Cons: Free Wi-fi service. Very weak in the rooms, Acceptable near the reception area
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Despite the cold weather, we enjoyed our stay at Borgo Tre Rose. Staff was very nice and the area of the Borgo is well maintained. Breathtaking views everywhere we look.

Pros: Nothing! This place is horrible. Stay away!
Cons: Do not stay here! If I could give it negative stars I would. The staff is rude and wholly unaccommodating. The hotel is dirty not updated and trust me the pictures on the website are not representative. The fact that this place holds itself out as 3 stars and even has Michelin stickers on the window is false advertising at best. My advice stay away!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good location with free parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfy and quiet. Very good breakfast.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great view from the room on the church San Biagio and parts of Montepulciano. The hotel is easily accessible by car and has ample parking. The hotel is offering a generous breakfast with a large selection of food and drinks.
Cons: The rooms with the view a facing a busy street. Because the balcony door didn't close properly it was noisy in the room. The bathroom needs some remodeling.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good location, nice swimming pool
Cons: Very loud air condition

Pros: This was a great location, a lovely hotel and a great room. Good shower. We had a wonderful view from the room balcony. Full control on the AC. Staff was helpful and friendly. We will be back!

Pros: The hotel manager Massimo truly saved our vacation. We were having trouble with our rental car and since our italian is limited, he made multiple calls on our behalf. We got a new car and were able to continue. So kind. The hotel is comfortable with a glorious pool. We ended up liking montepulciano the best of the Tuscan towns we visited. We drove up to the town but a walk is possible. All around a wonderful experience!!
Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Staff was great. Breakfast was sumptuous. I had a nice view and felt pampered.
Cons: No restaurant for dinner, but they gave me great restaurant advice. I didn't have the time or energy for the pool, but it looked great.

Pros: Spoke very good English - very helpful staff - excellent breakfast - large variety to meet all needs - provided me with warm soya milk as requested. Allow me to park the car for a few hours after checking out so I could walk around the area. When I collected the car, some hours later and I asked to use the bathroom and they were very helpful and accommodating. Overall excellent service and I would certainly recommend this hotel.
Cons: Nothing - happy with everything.

Pros: Lovely hosts, gorgeous room/home, and on a beautiful plot of land. Extremely hospitable owners, serving home cooked breakfast I didn't want to leave, and wanted to move in!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in the separate building and the room was absolutely beautiful, with lots of space. The location is perfect - a very easy drive to Montepulciano, other villages and the stunning views of the area. Highly recommend having dinner at Lamberto one evening (Sylvia is an excellent cook) and drinking as much of the Lamberto wine as possible! The location was peacefully secluded, which is exactly what we wanted. Sadly the weather didn’t allow us to use the swimming pool but the pool looked very clean and new and all the little sitting areas around the property were lovely. We hope to come back!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We absolutely loved Podere Lamberto. Sylvia, the host made us feel so welcome. The beauty of the valley, the vinyards, the olive trees and the view from the swimming pool is fantastic. The decor in the house is rustic true Italian. The place was clean and tidy and very homely. This was our favourite stay in Italy. Sylvia recommended amazing places nearby to us but we ended up enjoying the wonderful gardens and scenery. Breakfast was fantastic. We loved the dining area and enjoyed the continental breakfast a lot. We will most definitely be back and already recommended this lovely place to friends.
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: We had booked and paid for a suite - to include a balcony - we were instead given a basic double room and the view was of the car park. The suite was given to an older couple. We were even asked to move our car for them. Considering there were other empty rooms with balconies and great views over the vines, this was not offered to us. We are very upset about this. We have travelled around the world and feel unfortunately this is one of the least welcoming and disorganised places we have stayed. Not to say the hosts weren't nice to us, just that there wasn't a lot of effort or interest put into hosting us. We feel the current rating is much higher than deserved. An agriturismo is not a passive income, it is a form of hospitality and requires as much dedication and effort as a hotel, b&b or guesthouse. The welcome was odd - we would recommend you eat before you arrive as when we arrived there was no food to be offered - we were told we had to order before breakfast, which wasn't much good to us as we arrived around 6pm. After check in, we read this on their website, but an email to guests prior to arrival would make a great difference. Breakfast was OK - nothing outstanding. Cake was good. There was no service at all to our table, though we were the only ones in the breakfast hall both mornings. For the price we paid, it did not measure up to the quality we had expected and we were given a worse room than we had paid for. We stayed in another agriturismo of half the price and the experience as twice as good. Perhaps, as we are a young married couple, we were not their ideal guests as the other older groups seemed to be very welcomed, sitting on their balconies (which we had paid for) and taking it all in. We feel there was very little interest throughout from our hosts as to whether we were enjoying our stay. We recommend that with more of a welcome, better hosting efforts, care of the grounds and communication itnwoule be a great place.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and spacious apartment sits on picturesque farm. The couple running the place are super nice. Highly recommended.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice, very remote, very quite, in the middle of nowhere. If you tired of the cities and big hotels - definitely your choice. Hosts were really friendly and helpful, homemade dinner prepared especially for us was delicious. Nice pool with a stunning views. Sweet escape.
Cons: A mattress in one of the rooms was really not comfortable. Breakfast could be perfected with a hot dishes, fried eggs or something.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our stay in Podere Lamberto was amazing. You feel like you are breathing again, far away from the cities! You wake up with birds singing outside your window. Podere Lamberto is very easy to reach with your GPS- we were driving from Florence Airport. Our hosts Sylvia and Vittorio were amazing, they welcomed us with the big heart so we could feel like home. You can chill and take a very good rest by the swimming pool. Podere Lamberto is a perfect place for your stay, if you like walking, jogging or biking- it will be even more exciting ❤️
7.5 Good
Pros: The location is gorgeous and the pool was lovely. Very beautiful rooms.
Cons: Check in was a bit formal and we weren't expected so early. No restaurant on site and the place is cut off so we had to go back out for food. We needed more fans or a way to cool the room as it was quite warm inside.

Pros: Good quality for good price. Fine Location close to Montepulciano. Pienza, Montichelo. Nice swimming poll. Free parking, good breakfasts. I would recomend that hotel and would choose it once again.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Modern hotel in beautiful grounds. everything was new, clean and worked well.
Cons: thought they spoilt the feel by sending an email before we arrived asking if we wanted them to put a bottle of water in the room for 1.50 euro. cant believe water was not automatically there as in every other place we have stayed in Italy. there were no toiletries or a hair drier which while not available everywhere could reasonably be expected in a quality hotel such as this.
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: Views from the hotel
Cons: We have recently decided to explore the beauties of France and Italy with my wife in a road trip and we have had the pleasure to meet beatiful places and very friendly people. Our experience in the Panoramic Hotel was definitely not among these - our stay in Hotel Panoramic was at least a horrifying and terrible experience for the reasons below (plz spend couple of mins to read). 1. Staff and professionalism: Unprofessional and rude. On the day of our arrival the receptionist was not helpful. We requested a 30-minute earlier check out (in order to catch the boat from the port of Bari which is 600 km away) and the request was not handed over to the manager. Subsequently, on the day of our departure the manager was not aware of our request and she unexpectedly became verbally abusive as she was not letting us check out earlier. She finally started swearing in Italian and she asked us to leave the premises in a very threatening way, shouting that this was her home, without even providing us with a payment receipt. This was a totally unacceptable behaviour, which made us feel very threatened and terrified. Additionally, after our departure she accused us that we had never paid the 2€ tax something not true as we paid this amount before we leave the hotel to her colleague (another sign of poor communication within their team). She also accused us of not paying the air conditioning charge but we have never used the air conditioning anyway. 2. This hotel offers their customers a swimming pool but ironically offers less than the basic facilities in their rooms. Only 1 set of towels in our room (room for 3!!). No shampoo was provided. Air conditioning with extra charge of 5 euros per night -when I asked the receptionist why we need to pay extra for the air conditioning he explained to me that these are 'his boss rules' - we finally declined to use it as it was generally a cool night.

Cons: Bathroom small and slightly dated but fully functional. Sound proof doors could be a good upgrade.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was very elegant and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient to the town and easy to find. Pools, Spa, and much more. We will be back.
Cons: The air conditioner could have worked a little better. Thankfully the night had a breeze and we were able to open the window.
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: The spa was nice... but the staff is terrible. The restaurant is empty... because the food is terrible. We sent back the main course without eating it and left. We were still charged!!!
Cons: The property is ok. But it’s not really were I would chose to stay after being I. Montepulciano. Now I know...
5.4 Okay
Pros: Lovely swimming pool
Cons: Dreadfull restaurant
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel with a clean, modern and spacious room! The gym, pool and spa were fantastic and clean! The breakfast was perfect, plenty to choose from and all tasty! About 10-15 minute walk to the town centre- nice to be outside of the town with a pool!
5.0 Okay
Pros: Its a beautiful building.
Cons: The Staff in this property is VERY rude and racist.
7.9 Good
Pros: Nice staff, nice facilities
Cons: For one night, access to spa is either afternoon / evening before or next morning, not both, this was slightly disapointing
7.9 Good
Pros: Very picturesque Close to town
Cons: Facilities a bit run down; spa and pools
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The location of this property was good to access Montepulciano, the spa facility was also in line with what you expect
Cons: There was very little about the property that was worth talking about. We had three rooms, two in the ‘Annex’ and one in the main hotel. The annex is very far from the main hotel and is definitely the forgotten part of this hotel. The rooms are very dated, musty and neglected. The air conditioning was not functional; with high 30’s temperatures it made for an uncomfortable night! There are no staff on hand within this facility. You receive a voucher for the Spa if you stay in the annex but this approach leaves you feeling second class. It has the feeling of a self-catering flat compared to a 4* hotel. Breakfast was basic, and other than cured meats and limited fruit was inedible. Given the beauty of the Tuscan hills the restaurant is depressing. We booked this based on previous reviews it proves opinions are relative. In summary not worth the money and had a lot to live up to in order to substantiate its rating.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very peaceful with wonderful views! Nice clean rooms and beautiful outdoor pools.
Cons: We knew when we booked the room that we'd be off the main property. I didn't know how isolated we'd feel. No staff nearby. We did walk to the main facility to use the wifi, spa, fitness center, bar, and restaurant. Walking back in the dark was a bit challenging as the lighting is poor and the road is gravel and uneven.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything, great facilities and outdoor views
Cons: Shower was very small, air conditioning was on a high temp and low speed which was not adjustable so sleeping was difficult with the summer heat
