Beautiful hotel, but staff still not quite at same
Hotel is beautiful, upscale, modern and comfortable. Location is top rate, directly across from the virtualize markt. The staff was very friendly - though they seemed to have some issues which I suspect are from the hotel being rather new.
Staff needs to be better trained in restarting the room with amenities. Coffee, sugar, other items were often not re-supplied. Room heating system failed while we were there; howevet, hey did supply us with a portable heater that worked well,

Balcony, accommodating staff.
When I had asked if I could check in 2 hours early, they said yes. When I arrived it turned out this was not possible. Which would have been fine if I wasn't am traveling for 10 hours and if everything in Munich wasn't closed on Sunday's.
