Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location for its convenience to public transport and city access. Many found the rooms to be spacious, clean, and comfortable, with some highlighting modern design and amenities. However, several reviews report negative experiences with staff professionalism and service, particularly at reception and during breakfast. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others noting issues. Breakfast is frequently criticized for limited variety and quality. Overall, while the location and room size are strong positives, service and breakfast quality require improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
