Not really what I wanted.Pros:Vehicle was clean inside; but not outside, attendant showed me how to use the new push/start button.Cons:Vehicle didn't seem to have windshield washer fluid; it also indicated that tires were low on air. Getting into the drop off area was horrid especially at dark hours. I was counting on a Jeep SUV or Durango which I thought they had.Reviewed 28 Nov. 2018

Great Car - Had to Wait to PickupPros:Excellent car, booked a cross over SUV, got a cross over SUV.Cons:No car was available at the scheduled pick up time. Had to wait ~30 mins. Luckily I wasn’t on a time crunch.Reviewed 27 Aug. 2018

Fantastic and awesome!Pros:Within 3 minutes of locating kayak.com on the tarmac waiting to board the puddle jumper between Calgary to Lethbridge I had a super great experience! Landed at the Lethbridge Airport and the amazing Paige from National in Lethbridge had a big smile and a key to a brand new mini van for me and my crew! Not only that but they gave me an excellent price and value package!!! Brought the vehicle to the front of the building and was warmed up ready to drive...much appreciated coming from balmy Victoria to freezing conditions as low as -31!Cons:Not one thing negative except that this space shoilny exist for the Lethbridge National rental business!Reviewed 16 Feb. 2018
