The location and the overall feel are great.
They're not very accommodating, nor does the room come with much in the way of extras.
Perfect place to stay!
The pool is so nice! Our room was fabulous!
Everything was great
The hotel was beautiful, room was comfortable, staff was wonderful
Our only complaints were that the tv didn't always work very well. It would cut out for no apparent reason and sometimes just stop working. We also felt that the movie rentals were absurdly expensive. I've never had a hotel charge $19 for almost every movie available.
The building is beautiful and there are great bars/restaurants in the lobby. Our room was spacious and very comfortable.
The bathroom was a bit disappointing for a luxury hotel. Also, the spa was disappointing.
The room was beautiful, the staff was very helpful and alway available.
I really miss not having a coffee maker in my room.
