Pros (+) The location is close to both the French Quarter and the trolleys into the Garden District. The staff is amazing, very helpful.
Cons (-) Like most of New Orleans, the place just is not being kept up. The decor is tasteful and the staff keep the place clean. However, many parts could use a fresh coat of paint, new fabric on the furniture and the bathrooms could use a good bleaching and the porcelain touched up.
