The location was great for Mardi Gras!
I booked a room more than 6 months in advance. After I booked, I called the hotel directly because I needed a roll away bed. They said no problem, because I had booked an oversized room. Then, about a month prior to my trip I called them directly again to ensure that I would have a roll away bed. The person that I spoke to said that they would put a note in my account - which they did. When I got to the hotel to check in I was told that they did NOT have a roll away bed available because it’s a “first come first serve” basis. I had 5 people in a room with 2 beds, and no where to put that 5th person!! So we paid $566 PER NIGHT for someone to sleep on the floor because nobody told me either time that I called that they could not guarantee a roll away bed!!! I will be contacting corporate about this.
