Overview

AKA Central Park is a great venue to choose for long-term stays. The residences here are fully furnished and not only near the famous Central Park but close to world-renowned 5th Avenue. At AKA Central Park, visitors will find a 17-story high-rise that has 134 furnished apartments. They are a fantastic choice for those who are looking to stay in a home away from home or need an apartment to stay in for a week or longer.

When entering AKA Central Park, the main lobby is minimalist and modern. It is airy and full of natural light. The apartments are outfitted with sleek kitchens, plush beds, and beautiful sitting furniture. The building also has a fitness center to stay active and a theater center with comfortable lounge seating.

There is so much to do when in the area of Central Park. Right on 5th Avenue, visitors can shop at stores like Tiffany’s, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bergdorf Goodman, and Bloomingdale’s. The Time Warner Center is another wonderful shopping venue and it houses three-Michelin star restaurant, Per Se. Other delicious eateries in the neighborhood include Quality Italian, Quality Meats, Ippudo Westside, and Le Bernardin.

For great sightseeing, Central Park has so much to see and is a lovely escape from the hustle and bustle New York City is known for. Here, one can have a picnic or go on a walk around the reservoir. Those who love heights can head over to Top of the Rock or the Empire State Building. History buffs should be sure to take a trip to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island.
