One of plug sockets didn't work. No iron and not enough pillows.

Room was clean.
Did not like having no one on reception and all codes to get in. This should be made clear when booking. High up boxes for keys make it difficult to see the numbers. Also tried to ring re a security issue and got an answering machine, left s message and have not heard back. Before 7 someone knocked and said they were a cleaner. They knocked several times and I just repeated go away. However, room was downstairs and along corridors. It made me feel unsafe when leaving the room.
