Pros: The room was huge with a fabulous view. The casino was not overly busy like some of those on the central Strip. Pool area was average.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was phenomenal .
Cons: No
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Encore is a premier property and resort. I liked the room itself and the amenities. It is nicely decorated and comfortable but you leave there being nickel and dimed (actually $5 and $10) for everything and it is expensive with lots of surcharges.
Cons: I had specifically asked for a high floor but received a room on the 5th floor (lowest floor possible), room 546 and overlooked the pool area of XS nightclub. However, being low and facing the nightclub, the music and bass kept me up until 4 am. Horrible
7.0 Good

9.5 Excellent
Pros: The serenity and all staff.
Cons: None would match this category concerning anything I didn’t like!
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location is fine. For a family it is nice not to have a casino inside the hotel.
Cons: Small pools for so many guests. No breakfast buffet.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is slightly off the Strip but very central so it's about a 5 minute walk (depending on how long it takes you to cross the road!) and actually better than being at one end of the Strip. We had a suite of two rooms for the same price as a couple of rooms would have been in one of the mid-range hotels on the Strip and for that we had a sitting area and a big, fully stocked kitchen area too. The pool is OK, a little small for such a big hotel, and the shop sold a good range of food and drinks if you wanted to self cater.
Cons: Can't think of anything we didn't like - I would definitely recommend it, it's very good value for money.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to the town
Cons: Everything is good
9.5 Excellent
Pros: They had everything we needed to cook and serve guest. I just needed to buy the food for the full size refrigerator the room had.
Cons: Nothing I disliked
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location. Excellent kitchen in the suite. Fully equipped. Suite was huge which gave us lots of space as a family of 4. Price was great.
Cons: Nothing. It was all amazing. The main pool could have been a bit bigger but it was ok.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Spacy rooms and friendly staff. Location perfectly close to Strip, but quiet at night. Highly recommended for visiting Las Vegas.
Cons: None
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It's proximity from the Vegas Strip, excellent staff, clean hotel and pools, valet parking and excellent rooms.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Suites were wonderful and location is great!
Cons: Don't like the 10:00 a.m. check-out...too early. It should at least be 11:00. Pool bar on 5th floor doesn't have beverage servers...just need to go to the bar to get a drink/food. No desks in hotel - but the table was fine.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great Service was excellent Valet parking was perfect Room was clean and comfortable
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was such a great location and very friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you The bed and pillows were very comfortable
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Easy check in. Free ice pop in the hot summer at the swimming pool. Big rooms, complimentary water and drinks during the day at reception/bar area. Great atmosphere and location!!!
Cons: Security was quite rude when my partner had taken the room key to the pool and I needed it to enter past the security/elevator.... I attempted to show her my booking confirmation but she insisted my partner come all the way down from top floor to show our room key.

Pros: Location, comfort, excellent room, friendly staff
Cons: Couldn’t find a place for a quiet meal.. but I guess this is Everywhere in Las Vegas strip
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Facilities were awesome! So much was included in the hotel. Everything was pretty pricey as far as food and drinks but this was to be expected.
Cons: The WiFi was really horrible!
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: It took so long to find the reception and the self check in machines did not work. The hallways were stincky and dark, the pools too louded, everything was overcrowded. The experience was way too poor for the price. Really not a welcoming place.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Our room was immaculate and beautiful. Bathroom to die for! We were in the Octavius tower overlooking the central pool area. Staff were extremely helpful when needed (insufficient towels provided). Location perfect.
Cons: So big - it’s unreal. Far too many people - corridors and public spaces crammed. Parking a bit of a nightmare to find (Colosseum valet) and map provided at front valet does not resemble reality!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Everything is incredible Rooms are very confortable Location is perfect
Cons: I booked one room with breakfast included and they give you several options to chose where you can take it. However, just 10$ to take breakfast per person and one simple Sandwich costs more than 10$. So finally you paid breakfast... Additionally, wifi is not free. You have to paid for it. Also, just to stay at Caesars you have to pay a fee, it is around 40$, which is not included in room rate.
7.5 Good
Pros: The pool.
Cons: Not even coffee included in the room price, for the price we paid that’s not acceptable. WiFi does not work ( even tho this is “included in resort fee”) had to ring 3 times to have my phone connected. Bath did not work in the room.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: Bed bugs! The staff didn't care that we registered a complaint about the bed bugs and wanted us to wait for another room to open. We checked out and went to the bellagio.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location and pool were great. The forum shops as well
Cons: 1hour wait to park your vehicle. No one bothered to help with the bags. 20 minute walk to your room.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Amazing details throughout hotel
Cons: Everything in room was up charged.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really nice
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I really enjoyed my time at the Beautiful Clean Pool, Great Food and Beverage was available to purchase there and it made it Easy for me to Enjoy my time there!.. Also, Awesome Front Desk Personnel and Bell Hop service!
7.5 Good
Pros: Pool area, very big room, location
Cons: Breakfast included means you get 10USD/person voucher for restaurant in the premises, our window had view at a wall, very dark in the room, forum tower is slighly old

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. Conveniently located on the strip
Cons: Nothing not to like, it was all great
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The overall facilities and view were great.
Cons: Our check in was not informative . First night was in lower room and told that next morning could move to upper level room. Had to go to reception to see when ready after 9.30 next morning. Given room on level 51 but not serviced. Had to wait around half the day and then move our luggage eventually to level 55. Communication in house lacking overall.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The rooms was big and excellent location.
Cons: Self parking was hideous and the elevator in parking garage shared with mall, unless you find a decent 3rd floor parking, the elevator would take forever and have to deal with mall goers and smokers hanging out by the entrance. Hotel exit to the garage too many smokers hanging out!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely loved our room, very spacious and up to date technology. Extremely clean and tidy.
Cons: The pool area could do with a bit more shade, we found a lot of people were putting there towels on tables or on the sun lounges and then not returning. Staff maybe need to have a system where if the sun lounges etc are vacant after a period of time they reserve the right to remove towels and offer them to other guests.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about this property is top notch!
Cons: Hard to fault anything about Elara. Having to leave?
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The view from the room was magnificent! The higher, the better view. The room was comfortable, large and clean. It was also equipped with fridge, microwave, dishwasher. The whole building looks astonishing and it is located in the centre of the events. There is a modern and well casino downstairs as well as shopping mall.
Cons: There was no bottled water in the room as a compliment. There was neither breakfast included. Unfortunately, we could hear what was happening in a room next to ours - the room are not soundproof enough.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff from bellboy to reception, very nice and big room, comfy beds, great view (in our case we saw the Eiffel Tower right in Front of us), Central Location directly connected to shopping centre and then strip), very nice pool, good food at the pool, everything was perfect
Cons: Only that at the beginning their experience desk tried a bit too much in selling us a membership in their ownership program,no breakfast however there are plenty of options anyway
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Views from our 52nd floor were spectacular- especially at night. The suite had everything and more than we expected. It was so good we had to force ourselves out of it! We enjoyed the pool after dark. All staff we encountered were excellent.
Cons: If I had to be picky, we’d have liked to have room service food available every evening. After a full day you don’t always want to have to go out again for dinner.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and living room
Cons: Better access to upper levels to the free parking ramp from the casino.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Everything was nice
Cons: Our room was next to the parking lot.... very noisy all hours of the day.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and no smoke
Cons: Air conditioning was too cold
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Going to see a concert at Zappos Theater and Elara was very close. Miracle Mile shops to dining, shopping was great.Suite was immaculate, well appointed with great views. I really appreciated the QUIET as soon as you walked in the lobby unlike casinos.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Housekeeping was very attentive and checked in to make sure everything was to our satisfaction
Cons: Concierge services could be more organized. Communication was coordinated and was never contacted about one of the requested services
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location. A tranquil place to retreat to away from the madness of Las Vegas.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Accommodations and amenities, perfect for a work adult get away.
Cons: The pool service could have been better. With five servers, I had to ask for the menu and order at the bar since I did not get any help. Maybe it was the sun heat they were trying to get away from.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is beyond amazing! The moment you walk in you can feel the luxury and feel like royalty. Check in/out was a breeze, the champagne vending machine in the lobby is phenomenal touch. The rooms are spectacular and the little touches like complimentary coffee & tea each day, water bottles and ice at night, turndown service while they know we’re out and about. Concierge checks in throughout your stay via text, all these little details made me feel like a celebrity.
Cons: The pillows are rock hard and way too large, I ended up sleeping on the mattress alone to keep my neck aligned and avoid neck/shoulder aches.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Quiet. Very pleasant, welcoming staff. Overall an excellent property.
Cons: Some wonky light switches, an old covered up phone plate in the bathroom that looked like a third-rate cover up, and a phone that did not work...would not hold a charge. These are deficiencies a 5 star cannot allow.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The pool staff were exceptional, location suited me very much and hotel limo driver was an outstanding gentleman. Really appreciated the overnight shoe-shine service.
Cons: Suggest having coffee and some breakfast basics i.e. pastries at the pool in the morning. Feel it would be much more relaxed option to having breakfast in the facility on the 3rd floor. My request to remove the Resort Fees charged for the two nights I didn't stay in the hotel (arrival delayed) was acceded to but feel that a free coffee to acknowledge a non-functional tv for the 8 night stay didn't adequately recognise the extent of the service failure. I was offered a room change but with a few nights remaining I certainly didn't want the hassle of moving. I wasn't made aware of the fact that half the resort fees and extras would be debited without reference to me half-way through my stay. It removed the ability for me to pay all fees and extras in cash at the end of my stay which is my preference. There were three salads on the lunch menu but all of them came over-loaded with lettuce even when it was a salad that didn't include lettuce in the ingredients. i.e. Greek. Can understand the Ceaser sald having an abundance of lettuce as its a prime ingredient. But, it was disappointing for the other salads to be so dominated with lettuce. Small points, but it is the details that make the difference!
9.4 Excellent
Cons: Zen Kitchen was so high priced it made me feel dirty. I expected everything to cost more because of the touristy nature of the area but Zen Kitchen was the one place that was extremely high priced.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: the hotel itself. very convenient location
Cons: from booking.com: you did not publish the resort fees nor the resort fees taxes so the total price was misleading. from the Hotel: the room had food smell from the restaurant kitchen (during the hours the restaurant was open). We think it was coming from the AC vent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the swimming pool is awesome, very quiet, makes me feel like I'm not in Vegas but in a expensive pool in Wall street !
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel, with big wonderful room, garderobe , bath, shower. Very nice swimming pool. But staff does not know how to solve problems in 5 star hotel. We stayed in room 1028 (14-16 July), 15 of July our safe has been broken and we could not take our money. My husband called to front desk at about 2 pm, then we spent 2 hours in a room, because we were told somebody is coming to open broken safe. After 2.5 hours, my husband visited front desk again, seems like our request has been forgotten.... in 30 minutes eventually safe was fixed. But this is a bit strange, why we should spend 2.5 hours in the room and waiting for the person who will solve problem with hotel safe?... After a guy who fixed it told us, that theoretically this problem can back and if we are afraid of it, we can use safe at front desk. Seriously?! I should always use a lift to take/put my valuable items? Is it a 5* hotel service? Definitely not. Also very big disappointment was with Sky Bar. We chose Astoria, because we wanted to enjoy, 1 of our 2 evenings, there cocktails with a view on a night city. 14 of July they ere closed - private party, 15 of July they ere closed for private party, as well, but till 9 pm. In the letter from the manager in our room was indicated - Sky Bar will open for all guests since 10 pm. So, we arrived there at 10.30 pm, but party was go on and people at the front desk could not say anything to us. This is not very good manners - to promise / inform about something and do not keep your words. Not a 5* hotel. If I would be at Front desk, at least I would offer 2 cocktails to a room for free and/or free breakfast. But such things do only people who knows what is the 5* service. Will not recommend this place.
Cons: 5* hotel with NOT 5* service
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I had a massage and not only was the massage therapist very good, the facilities were beautiful. Very relaxing and pampering. We also love the quietness of the hotel, it felt more like a boutique hotel with excellent service. We love not having a casino but the Aria is right next door with their casino. The pool was very nice and quiet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is exceptional. Glenn at the front door was helpful and friendly and Charles at the pool was attentive and funny. The housekeeping staff was excellent.
Cons: A bit of a hassle using 2 elevators to get to your room.

Pros: Very impressed. It's family friendly room with kitchen, huge bathroom and the spa tub was awesome. We were on the 45th floor so we had a great view. I loved our room.
Cons: it seems there was no room for self parking and no choice but to valet. Also, the lighted mirror didn't work.

Pros: It feels like you’re at home, very welcoming very comfortable and clean. When I’ll be back in Vegas Trump Is going to be;)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was impeccable! The room had an enormous jacuzzi bath tub, full kitchenette, and amazing view. It was different from the hotels on the strip because you didn't have to fight your way through a smoke filled casino level to find the check in desk
Cons: Not much to do within the hotel itself.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was extremely comfortable.
Cons: We had to leave.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel; very fine room.
Cons: The restaurant did not meet up to expectations! Nice staff however.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, very quick elevators to the 46th floor, room was large and comfortable, bathroom huge. Food was good albeit room service cost us $110AUD for 2x breakfasts.
Cons: It's not really walking distance to the strip, it's right down the northern end. They do have shuttles to the Wynn and Caesars but not a close proximity to the strip. These also finish at midnight. The pool area is not 'resort' style, basic square pool but not with the liveliness or themes of other hotel pool areas.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: The pool was very cloudy. There was a leak in the shower which I pointed out at checkout. I want optimistic that housekeeping would be told! Water flowed out from the hinge area all over the bathroom floor making it very slippery and dangerous.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I liked the fact that there was no casino in the hotel. I also loved the jacuzzi bathtub big enough for two.
Cons: I didn’t like how close it is to the train track and the train whistle that woke me up at 11:45 PM and again at 5:45 AM.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: High quality hotel, great swimming pool and gym experiences. Shuttle service to/from the Strip.
Cons: We have had to make the second bed (sofa bed) by our own.

5.0 Okay
Pros: The size of my room.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and close to the strip
Cons: Needs a larger breakfast area
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was beautiful. Very quiet.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Room was clean and large
Cons: Knew about $44.00 resort fee , didnt know about $15.00 overnight parking fee. Also room key was supposed to let you park at any mgm property till midnight, didn''t work past 7pm. Long walk to pool.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Super expensive -- I would eat elsewhere. Amazing bed -- great big bathrooms and rooms in general. Pool for Mandelay Bay is cool also - just a far walk. Kinda far from the happenings of the strip in my opinion
Cons: Why do I have to pay for parking if I am a guest? I know that is the standard in Vegas but still -- it is pretty disappointing
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great rooms and a fantastic pool!
Cons: Parking is paid.
4.5 Okay
Cons: The room was facing at the AC rooftop of a building, the noise from the AC was so annoying! I had to tell me to change the room! After the check out, I requested on the afternoon to take a shower...they told me they didn’t have it! Unbelievable
5.5 Okay
Pros: No breakfast available in hotel
Cons: The GYM room closed at 17:00, when we come back from the business meeting. What a big mistake.
5.5 Okay
Pros: I liked the room and the view. The restaurants in Casino were excellent.
Cons: Service at hotel was horrible. Tv kept going out. Out of 5 days maids only came twice. Honor bar fees ridiculous, extra fees on everything!! Staff just didn’t care!! When playing slots in Casino you never saw a cocktail waitress for 2 hours. Talked to 3 different people to complain and still never came. So we just left. It was ridiculous
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Property was great love the accommodation of the tub in the bedroom the little living room and the TVs were great
Cons: Property was great there’s nothing not to like
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the stay. Great value, awesome service! Thanks, will be back for sure.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Luxury resorts and wave pool
5.8 Okay
Pros: Spacious rooms.
Cons: Horrible check-in policy! It says 3pm on the website, but in the fine print in the terms and conditions (which nobody reads), they tell you it could be as late as 6pm. We were checked in after 5pm, and only because we complained.
4.3 Okay
Pros: The beds were comfortable and the room was okay
Cons: I'm furious. In what hotel, anywhere in the world, especially a 5 star, have you been charged for the two bottles of "complimentary" water and the instant coffee left above the mini bar? I'm shocked because this hotel charged us 105 dollars for the two bottles of water and the two cups of "free" coffee. Yes, 105 dollars! Not only will I never stay here again but I advise anyone and everyone to avoid this rip off. It was not mentioned at check in, there are no signs in the room that these items are chargeable. Apparently you have to find out yourself using the TV! It's designed to rip you off and it's very upsetting and very un-American. Also this hotel is right at the very end of the strip and it's very far away from EVERYTHING else and you need to take a taxi or train to get anywhere. My advice is to avoid this hotel at all costs
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything I loved the decorations of the room
Cons: I guess. It will be good if the check out will be @12, and if we ppl wants to extend till 2 pm I couldn't take a tour in the hotel because of the bags

7.0 Good
Pros: The Building is great, recent and the place is very quiet.
Cons: I booked for 5 persons and the room was set up for 4. The receptionist at check out told me there were sheets in the wardrobe but there was not. When I book for 5 persons, i expect to have it ready and to not have to look for sheets and do the bed at arrival. I arrived late at the hotel and was leaving soon in the morning, I did not want to wait so i had to slept without sheets... The breakfast has many items but this is very poor quality.

Pros: The beds.
Cons: There was no jacuzzi.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the moment we walked in we were meeted, greeted, and informed of all the amenities. The man who helped us was so kind, attentive and eager to serve. He is a man who loves what he does and his positive enthusiasm was so refreshing. My family and I were exhausted and this staff member went above and beyond to make sure we were treated like VIP's. We were escorted to our room, helped with bags, brought extra linen, a crib, and toiletries for our baby boy. He even went out of his way to get us milk from the kitchen for our baby when I asked if they sold milk. Our family are grateful to the gentleman who made our trip and experience completely unforgetable. I am recommending all my friends, family and ensuring my company employees to stay at SpringHill Suites.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice upscale hotel with no casinos. My room was spacious and luxurious. Bar on lobby level was smoke free. Easy access to the Cosmopolitan and Aria.
Cons: Pool is small.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Honestly pretty much everything. Super attentioned and friendly staff. They gave me a goodie for my dog and they even have dining in option for dog. Super comfortable, clean and staff from valet, receptionist and room service super caring and nice. Will definitely come back
Cons: Great place to stay and great comfort. Could slightly "far" from the strip but quick access thru Bellagio and shuttle train. And the fact that there is not a casino makes it even better
7.5 Good
Pros: View was amazing! Staff was super friendly and helpful!
Cons: Requested towels over the phone, and from housekeeping. Never recieved new towels.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel away from the smoke of the casinos. A short walk next door to the Cosmopolitan where they have the best food at Block 16 and the Wicked Spoon. We lounged at the pool with our breakfast and coffee. The fitness center was a larger than average facility but I found it to be quite crowded at the 8-9 am hour. Equipment was adequate. The lobby smells great! And the view was spectacular!
Cons: I didn’t realize that when you click off the Do Not Disturb on the door, it doesn’t automatically signal housekeeping to come—there’s another button underneath that you have to press if you want housekeeping. Not a big deal that we missed a day of housekeeping, but just be aware.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and modern with extremely friendly staff. The views from our room was also great.
Cons: Lack of food options inside Vdara.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location and ease of checking in.
Cons: Room was visibly dusty. Dirt ring in tub was totally unacceptable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love this hotel. It is quiet because it has no casinos but it is centrally located so you get the best of both worlds.
7.5 Good
Pros: 3rd time at this location and like it as it does not have a Casino
Cons: Staff at Front Desk are not very helpful
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location, near the strip. New hotel and quite (compared with the casino,s resort.
Cons: Really nice hotel but our room had a lot of dust. Not well cleaned ☹
6.8 Good
Pros: The pool area is very nice with complementary sun beds and towels, and free access to drinking water.
Cons: We had reserved a suite for three adults. At 5 pm, we discovered that the sofa bed had not been made and that there were no sheets available. We only had two towel sets, and one of them had yellow stains. We called house keeping twice and the front desk once to have these issues fixed, and had to wait 1.5 hour for towels and someone to make the sofa bed. No complimentary beverages in the room despite the 107 degrees outside. The on-the-go breakfast in the hotel café is ridiculously over-priced and we had to wait 30 minutes for a toast. Upon check-out, I gave feedback at the front desk regarding the issues with the sofa bed and towels. The man at the desk explained that we should have requested the sofa bed to be made or to have sheets available before checking in, although we had booked a suite for three persons (it should seem obvious that we would want to use the sofa bed...). I never saw this information when I booked our stay at the hotel. So, in short, we as guests were blamed for the bad service and were not compensated in any way. This was not a five star experience.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel. Lovely place, no casino inside. Clean and friendly.
Cons: Hotel does not have a parking garage. There is valet but no self parking.
