Pros: Overall the vehicle was very nice and the location of the rental kiosk was very convenient
Cons: Our car wasn't ready when we got there. At first we were told we wouldn't even be getting the convertible that we asked for because both of the vehicles they had were due for maintenance and dirty. Finally the guy helping us went out to check them and after waiting for 45 from our original pickup time so that they could clean it, we were able to get the car we had reserved. It was a pleasant experience from that point forward but I was not impressed with them not having a car ready that had been reserved with 24 hours notice.

Cons: I had a very difficult time finding a drop off place. I spent several hours to locate the place. They did not have a sign out side at all.Then I finally fund the Budget desk that was inside one of the hotel . Receptionist was not friendly at all.

Awesome rental experience
Pros: I went to me “go-to” auto rental place and they were too expensive ! Thankfully I came across Kayak! And I found the perfect rental from Budget at a jaw dropping rate. I actually went back about 10 times (if not more) to confirm the price because I couldn’t believe the low rate I was getting. The day I went to pick up Rosario was incredibly helpful and she made the process very easy (it had been a stressful morning), but she did everything in her hands to made sure we got what we needed. Excellent friendly customer service.
Cons: The only complaint I have is that the vehicle hadn’t been completely cleaned when I picked it up. There was trash in the back seat pocket and soda stains on the inside of the back doors.
Pros: Easy to pick up and drop off. Staff really nice and approachable.
Cons: booked hoping to get a Ford Mustang. Although I recognize It was advertised that it would be a Ford Mustang or another convertible we ended up with a mini which was still cool but kind of disappointing. Would have just booked a cheaper car if we had known we couldn't get the Ford Mustang.
Pros: Nothing at this location, which was at the Four Queens Casino.
Cons: After booking our car, we took a Lyft across Las Vegas, and upon arriving at the hotel to pick up a car, I get a call saying there are no cars left. How was I able to reserve one then, just 45 minutes ago? Beyond that, the girl working the Avis desk was pretty dismissive about the situation, and offered no solutions. Customer service is not A wise career choice for her. We had to call all over town looking for a rental company with a one-way rental car (we had a cancelled flight and needed to drive back to Oregon asap). After several calls and searching various companies, we end up finding a car... WITH AVIS! How could the Avis worker we just spoke to not look that up? So, back into another Lyft to take us basically to the part of the strip that we had just come from! We spent about $40.00 on just taking Lyft in a circle.
The Monte Carlo Avis staff was great and upgraded us for free, but that will be for separate review, as we had to make a separate reservation for that car.
