Pros (+) Although our room was in the "annex", the room was huge, with lots of windows. VERY convenient to the beach. Across-the-street parking was actually better than the parking in front of the rooms. Pretty good breakfast.
Cons (-) The "hotel" is actually 3 separate buildings with other properties in between. Made going to breakfast a little awkward.

Pros (+) The Ocean View from our room was awesome. I felt like the room we were put in was perfect for my wife and I. The staff was awesome except for check out refer to comments below for details in the what didn't I like box.
