Where do I even begin? When they checked us out of ONE of our 3 rooms a day early and, then shrugged their shoulders and said 'we're fully booked' forcing our guests to double up on the existing rooms? (4 per room) No comped expenses for their blunder, not even a 'sorry.' Or we could talk about our final day... The fire alarm was pulled around 8 am. As everyone in the hotel was heading down the stairwell, a staff member said "oh I see that that homeless guy slept in the stairwell again." GREAT. Are you concerned!? Should you really be saying that out loud around guests?? To be fair, minimum levels of cleanliness were met, but even the building is in poor shape. I kept staring at the walls where you could clearly see where the drywall joint tape was pulling away, causing the paint on the stucco walls to crack.
