7.5 Good
Pros: We liked the location, close to the restaurants and supermarkets of Oakhurst while in nature enough to be surprised by a deer while eating outside in one of the beautiful seating areas. Myra was really welcoming, friendly and upbeat. Breakfast was great. Close to the entrance of Yosemite.
Cons: The room was very nice, but a little dated. We would have prefered the carpet to be replaced by tile or wooden floors. It was a bit stained.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was the best hotel during our 2 months of holidays! Very clean and beautiful rooms, great Apéro and breakfast and pastries, very friendly staff. We would definitely come again!
Cons: nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The included breakfast was awesome, good variety and tasty. Although the location is adjacent to the highway, very little noise was evident in our room.
Cons: Not a thing!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Good complimentary arrival light dinner. Very pleasant staff. Good location.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful hotel, excellent breakfast and wine reception in the evenings. Clean and comfortable everything you are looking for in a hotel.
Cons: The shower in our room was outdated compared to the rest of the facilities.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent place, nice staff and delicious breakfast:D
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Charming small hotel set off the main road, en route to Yosemite. Luxurious rooms with spa bath. Wonderful freshly prepared breakfasts with cakes snacks and drinks free in the lobby at tea time.
Cons: Some booking confusion over the number of beds in rooms. Listing said one single + one double. All rooms have only one double bed. Staff able to provide a roll-away bed fortunately.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The property itself is beautiful and idyllic. Surrounded by greenery and flowers. Beautiful landscape! Check in was quick and we were greeted with baked goods and tea and infused water. The room was comfortable and we were able to sleep well even on the first floor next to the outside dining tables. Breakfast and afternoon wine and cheese were superb. Everyday we had a different selection of home cooked dishes and not just your regular premade options at most hotels. Can't wait to be back and would recommend to friends and family.
Cons: Cleaning service for the room could have been better. It was sufficient but still encoutered some dust on the floor after coming back from our daily adventures. Sheets were not tucked in and the blanket folded carelessly and thrown on the bed. First evening of wine and cheese reception was on spot. Chef was present and took care of all minimal details (details do make a huge difference!). Red and white wine glasses placed properly and replenishment of refreshments was constant. Second night was another story. The chef was not present and the male staff member seemed aloof. We arrived for the reception at 6 pm (it is from 5-7pm) and we were left with food scraps and empty bootles of wine. I politely asked if he had any more snacks and he answered that "some guest ate them all, chef is off today." Not a good answer when the inn is part of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World. Even the wine was not replenished and glasses were not there. Getting out keys to the room was another issue. The male staff member just disappeared. Maybe and issue was that that he was using his headphones while washing dishes? One hour later I come back to the lounge and the same happened to a different guest. Overall it was a great stay and these are some few constructive critics so you can truly make your inn flourish to be a true small luxury hotel of the world. Minor details do count!
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: No hot water for showers
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful little hotel, with nice clean rooms within easy reach of Yosemite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staffs were very friendly, provided lost of useful information about Yosemite! Besides, the room was pretty, we lived in "Bird room" which was a very dedicated room. Overall hotel environment was very cozy, not too far from park's entrance.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: It was cozy and homey and clean and bright and cheery.
Cons: the room that was pictured when we booked was nicer and different to what we actually got. Also if you are vegan don't expect to be able to eat anything for breakfast except fruit and OJ, bread (which may not have been vegan) and jam.

10.0 Excellent

Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, express check-out, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent stay. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very big, comfortable room, lot of space (we were starting there with four persons in total - there was more than enough space in room). There quite ok restaurant in-front of hotel, open late in evening (in case you will get back from Yosemite late). Good starting location to Yosemite Park (it takes some time to get there, but it's one of closest if you don't stay directly in Park).
Cons: Breakfast - very limited options and this what was available was mediocre at best. Parking - quite small parking places (for US standard / cars). Not comfortable to park and get out of car. Its VERY cold (air-condition) in corridors, definitely too cold. Easy to catch cold if you get inside from hot summer weather.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Love the access to Yosemite and staff was helpful and informative.
Cons: Pillow and bed very hard. Breakfast ok.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place is a great value. I especially liked breakfast. I like the room set up, my family was comfortable in the spacious room.
Cons: It is about 20 minutes to the South Gate of Yosemite , but took over an hour to get to the Yosemite Valley. Bottom line: know where you want to go in Yosemite before you book.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: A nice welcome on arrival, large clean family room, fantastic location, pool area a bonus. Overall an excellent stay and we would recommend to others
Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Ideally situated to access Yosemite via the Southgate entrance. Very spacious room, well equipped with a fridge, microwave and coffee making facilities. Good aircon, Very clean. Lots of towels. Swimming pool is small, but a welcome place to relax at then end of a long day in Yosemite.
Cons: For what is essentially a (good and large) motel room, the price per night is nothing short of exorbitant --but you pay for the location (in peak season for us) The breakfast is perfectly adequate but it's hardly epic. The use of single use disposable plates/cutlery/cups/glasses is shocking, all the more so since the hotel is littered with signs asking guests to be environmentally mindful. On one occasion, our beds weren't made --I called reception and they said that is ANYTHING is on the beds, they don't make then (due to liability reasons). This frankly seems ridiculous, but if that's the official policy, then guests ought to be told in advance.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: The room was large and clean. The front desk folks went out of their way to help
Cons: Breakfast and coffee service was poor. Only cold cereal and small pastries available with small coffee cups
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, room size, staff all were good.
Cons: Breakfast could be a bit better.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were great space and very well designed.
Cons: Needed a little more variety for breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was awesome, location was great and the staff was friendly.
Cons: Everything was great, there was nothing I didn't like
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very very nice hotel. One of the best we’ve stayed at. Very clean and comfortable.
Cons: Liked everything
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is wonderful, clean, new, spacious rooms. Location to visit Mariposa Grove was great.
Cons: Oakhurst is quite far from Yosemite Valley, it’s almost 2 hours driving. Especially the way back was very tiring. Prices around the area are very high.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The site and location were good. Explanations from john at the reception desk to tour the Yosemite Valley were perfect.
Cons: The grab and go breakfast is a little bit small.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was helpful and coffee and breakfast was free.
Cons: Room was very small, no fridge, not enough room to feel comfortable and stretched out.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely grounds, peaceful, informative staff, quaint place
Cons: Your breakfast could be much better
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location is gorgeous Special thoughtful touches Lovely comfy bed
Cons: A bit of a drive to actually get to Yosemite
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Quaint Lodge set is picturesque location. Comfy beds and nice bathroom. The on-site restaurant had just re-opened whilst we were there and we had a fine evening meal with good service for a fair price. Whilst we also enjoyed one breakfast in the resaurant we did find it annoying to have to pay for this seperately as the hotel advertises breakfast as included but this is only really coffee and a few pre-packed cakes at reception.
Cons: Hotel inclusive breakfast is poor given the price and standard of hotel. Lack of any hanging/wardrobe space is a challenge for travellers especially as the rooms are quite small with little room for cases.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice and quiet location; I’ve read reviews of people complaining about paper-thin walls but we didn’t experience this (although this could be because we had a corner room). Saw a pair of deer walk past the property one morning.
Cons: Breakfast is really minimal, “grab-and-go” of mostly packaged (and not super healthy) products. If you aim to make this your base to visit Yosemite Valley note that you’ll have to drive 1h20 to get there (and again to come back); we didn’t mind as the drive is beautiful, but important factor to consider.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place as the wow factor, the staff are so helpful, great location, lovely period character to the older parts of the ranch! The restaurant is a must! Good locally cooked food, lovely views. This place exceeded our expectations, it was nice we were in the main building with a lovely veranda. The views from the pool are great too.
Cons: I can’t name a thing we didn’t like, we just wished we had stayed longer, and really had time for breakfast in the main restaurant than the included snacks on the breakfast bar.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The place is in a good spot, the ranch is just a format far away to be a real ranch. Is quite, and peaceful even do not meet my needs.
Cons: I asked to pay cash 270$ and with no advice they charged my credit card! For the price The room is 12-14 Square mt. the air condition comes from upper side closed to the pillow, even you try to close it! it takes 10 minutes before you need to understand how it works. the place is clean but bed linens was not ok for our opinion. the welcome at the reception was not the best, (if you don’t like your job, ask your boss for a change and something different) same at the checkout, she was eating and drinking meanwhile she had to pay attention as I asked to pay cash and not been charged with my credit card ! Than, No breakfast! We had to call to advice coffee was empty , coffee cream was ended, probably by days. Their buffet is basically some energy snack with a ghost coffee. A silly trick to let the restaurants nearby to work, and about the restaurant the silence is golden, they do not know a Caprese even if they could use google! ! Do not come here, you will be disappointed. Oakdale must be the choice before to be trapped in this Place. But I understand if u are a retired pension probably you o or need to stay 25 miles from park entrance. Avoid and trust my high level of traveler!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The atmosphere
Cons: Needed a few rails for the bottom steps.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely location with outdoor swimming pool. Bedroom was also excellent with comfortable bed
Cons: Main breakfast was a bit lacking in choice. First day no bacon available.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It is fairly close to the Park
Cons: Ants and the size of the rooms. They were so small.
7.0 Good
Pros: A major benefit of the Hotel was its location and Rustic feel.
Cons: The Hotel was lovely. The Breakfast was a little disappointing. There should have been either Bread, Bagels, or Croissants available. The Danishes and small Muffins were not enticing. There should also have been Bananas and Boiled Eggs.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Had three rooms for three nights. One room was a different rate. Hotel could not honor rate for all three rooms
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Amenities and location
Cons: When I needed anything from front desk or house keeping then took forever or forgot to deliver it. Rooms muggy
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location
Cons: The cost of everything was crazy high and for what you get is really quite disappointing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location, right at the south entrance of the national park
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location a few minutes outside the park entrance. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking spots. The whole hotel was cozy with great facilities.
Cons: Housekeeping forgot to clean our room, so we had to remind them in the evening. The room layout was not optimal with a combined pentry/sink and basin/mirror in the room, and a separate bathroom.
7.0 Good
Pros: The cabin was lovely and staff very helpful.
Cons: You couldn’t park near the cabin so getting luggage in was very hard work, you don’t feel like your part of the resort as you have to get shuttle transfer to the restaurants and activities, this needs to be made clear when booking.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The breakfast buffet was pretty good.
Cons: Took over four hours to get checked in, rooms were a mile away from front desk, the lodge kept having power issues, towel shortage at the pool, for the cost I felt that everything should be top notch with little or no problems. Seemed like the under staffed for as busy as they were.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Lovely location - not that we saw it from our room - looking at the air conditioning units extremely disappointed
Cons: Came all the way from Australia to only have a view of the air conditioning unit - noisey room at the start is the corridor
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everyone was so helpful!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff exceptional, pools excellent and always a great atmosphere around. Really enjoyed our stay.
Cons: About an hours drove to yosemite valley from the hotel
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Facilities are excellent and friendly, knowledgeable staff
Cons: Food menu was limited .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The entire staff was very pleasant and helpful. I had casually mentioned to the girl at the front desk that we were staying for our anniversary, and we returned from dinner, there was champagne, strawberries, and a very nice card! Great service!
Cons: Nothing

4.0 Okay
Pros: It is clean at least
Cons: I booked a two adult room, but the room I get only has a double bed with one pillow.... I asked to change to a two-bed room, the staff said they were sold out...... Air conditioner is super noisy.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast staff gave some great info for Yosemite. Very helpful!!
Cons: My special request was not honored. When I brought up the issue, I was given an attitude.
6.8 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Price to qualify is insane. It's all about the location.
7.0 Good
Pros: The customer service was great, we had a problem with our room and they fixed it right away. Very friendly and willing to help!
Cons: We had a problem with the cleanliness of our room and price is a little high for what you get but it’s a high demand area of Yosemite.
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff was friendly, the room was big and clean, the pool was nice.
Cons: The free breakfast was poor and as the place to eat was owercrowded, we could not use it. Around the pool it could have be en a little cleaner, the walls of the room are very thin and the air-conditioning was very loud.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was a great value
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Country, Quiet & Clean
Cons: N/A
7.5 Good
Pros: The owner was very helpful and informative with our travel plans. He showed me pictures that he took of Yosemite and circled on the map places of interest.
Cons: The beds were not the most comfortable. The sheets were rather scratchy.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Kind of older
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast choices are excellent. Staff are friendly and courteous. Room is clean.
7.0 Good
Pros: Rooms, bedroom linen and bathroom were all very clean. The best part of breakfast were the waffles.
Cons: Beds in our room had saggy mattresses and therefore not a restful sleep. Maybe they were due for a change? Coffee quality was not good.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was really good, at least it had several options and all were fresh. I like the pool as well, felt nice sitting in there and looking at the moon. It's not far from Yosemite but leaving early for the park would be preferred.

7.5 Good
Pros: Location (10 mins to Yosemite National Park gate), helpful staff - the lady gave us very nice tips about yosemite and how to plan the day, the rooms were absolutely cute - we felt like in a cottage, breakfast included, parking available includes in the price, fridge in the room
Cons: Prepare for mosquitos - the lodge is in the forest (but wasnt an issue at all), it wasnt a 5 star hotel but its great for a few days in Yosemite if you dont want to camp in the the park
6.8 Good
Pros: Great location but in need of renovations. Cabin had musty smell. There was a sign for rest. But later found out it closed but no one bothered to take down sign. Great location to Yosemite but 290$ was very high for what we got.
Cons: Location was great. Mattresses were comfortable. Front staff person was nice and helpful.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff was attentive and friendly! GREAT LOCATION!
7.0 Good
Cons: The breakfast is poor. Plastic chairs.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Room was clean
Cons: Way too over priced
6.3 Good
Pros: loction close to Yosemite, you can park there, breakfast area, breakfast is included in the rate...
Cons: rooms are a bit old, at the reception most of the time there is noone...air conditioning was not working...
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location & had a cot for baby
Cons: Outdated & very basic
6.3 Good
Pros: Location next to park entrance
Cons: Facilities are quite basic. You can’t use them between 11 and 16hs. That’s the “cleaning” period. Considering the cost per night losing the room 5hs is ridiculous. Most places nearby have same limitations though. Breakfast was couple hundred meters from cottage, particularly in winter it’d not be very convenient.
7.0 Good
Pros: Peaceful forest surroundings. Clean bathroom. Picnic tables outside
Cons: You don’t expect much from a motel near Yosemite where there’s continual one night tourism. Linens could do with an upgrade
6.0 Good
Pros: Prime location, lower cost compared to adjacent motels, reservation was refundable if cancelled (primary). Free breakfast, fridge and microwave in room (secondary).
Cons: Tiny dark room, no chair or table, beds too short.
7.0 Good
Pros: It is a cosy place
Cons: very much outdates
6.3 Good
Pros: The room turned out to be a cabin and the extra space was appreciated. The bathroom was well-stocked with nice towels; the refrigerator worked pretty well. The grounds were nice, with lovely wildflowers and those massive trees!
Cons: Checking in was long & tedious; I don't know what the problems was, but there was 1 couple ahead of us & the receptionist chatted with them at length, while we waited in a cramped corridor. When our turn came, we had to produce both drivers' licenses, since I made the reservation, but my friend was paying. This simple situation took an unreasonable amount of time to settle. Also, maybe a slow printer/copier?

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The Narrow Gauge Inn appears to be a lodge from a long-ago time. As a result, it also has an unkempt appearance. The buildings are not well maintained. Our room was not clean at all. The furniture was stained, the mattress lumpy, the lighting was poor, and the wifi was non-existent. The bathroom was awful. The shower door was flimsy and hard to open. There was no way we were going to use the glasses or coffee cups because they were all either dirty or dusty. The outdoor deck off the room had not been cleaned so the furniture was dusty. We were charged $9.99 for breakfast so for $20. we had access to scrambled eggs that had hair in it, orange juice not made from oranges, potatoes that tasted like leftovers and burned sausage. We skipped having breakfast on our second morning and just made sure our bill was paid, and we left never to return. This place should not have a triple AAA sign, indicating that it is an approved AAA facility. The only plus for the Narrow Gauge is the location 4 miles south of Yosemite.
Cons: Everything.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: brearkfast is not special should be included. Dinner was very very good. Staff very helpful and friendly. The place is little pricey but one of a kind place to stay in nature setting.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The views, private entrance, parking close to room and balcony.
Cons: The walls were a bit thin, we heard our neighbors talking very loudly for an hour on a Saturday night and could not sleep. Also wish there was a WiFi extender so WiFi could be used in rooms since there was no cell service. Not a big deal but would like.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location; bed comfort; value price.
Cons: Poor WiFi, only marginally better in the lobby; hot breakfast cost extra and ran out of key offerings only midway through the morning. This is a 2.5 star hotel, not 3.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The surrounding enviroment is quiet and beautiful. You will be hugged by fresh oxygen here. And it is the one of the closest place outside the south gateway of the park
7.5 Good
Pros: Location is ok. Just an hour to drive to the Yosemite National Park. Property is old and nice inside. There is a very good restaurant in the property.
Cons: The jacuzzi is closed. There is a swimming pool but can’t swim outside because of a lot of mosquitoes. Breakfast is very simple but cost $10.
6.8 Good
Pros: Loved the brook down the side of the property. Loved location and it's next door neighbor steam train. We loved the more quaint lodging with character rather than a large chain-type hotel.
Cons: Our room's AC was broken (we should have suspected something when we saw two fans when we walked in our room). We said something the next morning and they said they'd check on it but no one came and the next morning as we were checking out I mentioned again no AC and the front desk attendant said there was nothing in the books for maintenance
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, great location. Restaurant on-site surprisingly awesome.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. Very helpful. Room was a little small But our room was along the creek out side our rooms Was very lovely! To sit out side and enjoy!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very good! Full American with really friendly staff, who took the time to explain things, give good tips about the places around and have a good chat about our lives :)
Cons: Restaurant was closed in the evening.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The property was well kept and peaceful.
Cons: A little pricey. I feel like the breakfast should’ve been included for the price.
5.5 Okay
Pros: location was good
Cons: rooms was on shabby side for the money. $20 for bk that I get for free at a holiday inn.... 3 stars at best

7.0 Good
Pros: Friendliness of the staff. Willingness to help us navigate the town and the area Breakfast area was well stocked and clean.
Cons: For a handicapped room, it was very small
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: There really is nothing positive to say about this place. It’s far too high priced for what you get. I would absolutely NOT recommend it!!
Cons: It is totally dated, nothing works well, i.e., the toilets don’t flush properly, the rooms are dark, there is a strange smell in the room, the air con and the fridge are totally loud, there is no proper curtains, the towels are extremely worn and grey in color....
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The price of the hotel because it was expensive at all the other hotels and this one was the perfect price and with breakfast. The lady that check me in was really informative about the restaurants and around the city.
Cons: Room is a little small, but it was still great. And the swimming pool was closed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location to Yosemite and the surroundings of it
Cons: N/a
4.5 Okay

Cons: 100 year old hotel. A/C was non-functional, was super hot inside. Toilet would drain barely Bath soap container barely dispenses soap No water pressure in shower, especially when faucet is used Sink area light timer would not function in the mornings

Cons: Bugs in room. The room was awkward: TV was possessed, the lights in the bathroom flickered, bathroom smelled like mildew and the toilet refilled very slowly.
7.5 Good
Cons: not having any hot water, bathtub drain didnt work, wash basin sink facet sprayed water all over.
5.0 Okay
Pros: - Helpful staff - Good breakfast - Good location, close to Yosemite
Cons: - No lift to, difficult to carry huge baggage to upstairs - Room location is on the back side far from main road

6.8 Good
Pros: It’s 2 hours from Yosemite
Cons: It’s held together by love.... you only come to oakhurst and this hotel for access to Yosemite park. (The bus stop is about a mile away). The breakfast is weird and best to avoid if you can.
6.3 Good
Pros: Stayed in room #135 and it was a nice size room with 2 queen beds . The layout has one bed in it's own room with a actual door so this is like a room within a room. The bathroom is large. Cones with a mini fridge, microwave and a mini sink. No bed bugs like others have mentioned.
Cons: Not a very clean motel. You can tell that the owners are not updating the interior and exteriors and rooms of the property. The room that we stayed in was not in tip top shape, things worked as they were suppose to but were either coming off the walls Or loose. This place has potential with the location ... Good thingthe staff are very nice and accommodating .

7.0 Good
Pros: Good location in Oakhurst, clean room and bathroom.
Cons: We had to leave before breakfast time and asked to get some breakfast packed, but they said it was not possible. We've been in other hotels in US where they'll gladly pack you some bread, boiled egg and butter. A pity they didn't want to have some flexibility, after al you've paid for it.
5.8 Okay
Cons: Air conditioning poor. Breakfast minimal.
7.0 Good
Cons: Breakfast was abysmal
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The spacious studio room, bath tub, the kitchen area, tables, fridge, closet space and TV's.
Cons: My husband and I had no phone service at all during our stay at the hotel. The view from the window was a break wall. It was dark on the streets at night, we got lost to find the hotel.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice staffs
Cons: NOthing
6.3 Good
Pros: Location was ok
Cons: Continental Breakfast was of poor quality, coffee was good. Shower head had very little pressure. TV was in Spanish & couldn't change it, the front desk was not manned to ask for assistance. Price too high for the quality of stay.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Nothing staff very rude
Cons: Staff I made reservation online and over the phone and they were giving me a different price from what I was told over the phone and they never send me a confirmation number and staff wanted me to have one and she had no idea of who had helped me like if she was new she’s the only one I saw working there the three days I was there
5.1 Okay
Cons: Breakfast nearly invisible
6.3 Good
Pros: Convenient location and easy to check in and check out. No-fuss accommodation, room was dated but clean, roomy and comfortable enough for us.
Cons: It's expensive considering the quality and age of the premises but that's pretty much stock standard for accommodation near the parks.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The location and the breakfast were ok for the average of the price around the area
Cons: The shower was stuck with something and the water was not passing through, really disgusting
5.7 Okay

2.5 Mediocre
Pros: The location
Cons: Be forewarned it's was only good for a roof overhead. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. While Laying on bed your feet would be higher than your head. Change direction and bed would fold across center. No getting comfortable. I would hate to have a blacklight with just the stuff I could see. 1 step up from a tent and about as comfortable as sleeping in car.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The room was Quaint with a fantastic wooden king size bed.
Cons: There were dirty dishes in the sink, dishes in the refrigerator and half of the outlets didn’t work.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were upgraded to a beautiful cabin in the woods.
Cons: No WIFI or TV at the cabin
5.0 Okay
Cons: The property is 35 minutes away from the office. We had to travel back 35 minutes to get to the house out in the middle of the woods and then there was no mirror in the bathroom, no garbage cans, no coffee maker, in the 2 bedrooms there was only a bed, no nightstands or dressers. The home was bare bones, nothing that justified the $200 price and the $170 cleaning charge, it was no bigger than 500 sq feet, maybe they charged $170 for the travel charges of the maids that clean the place????
5.0 Okay
Cons: The place was run-down and not clean. The sheets were stained and gross. The bathroom was filthy and disgusting. It reminded me of the Bates Motel, except Norman Bates kept a much cleaner place than this one.
5.5 Okay
Pros: It served our interest to stop before the park to spend the night.
Cons: Extremely basic. No breakfast. Facing the road (noisy). You’d expect more for the money but it’s probably within the average you’d get in the area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nil
Cons: The property that we booked was completely different from what we received. When we arrived, we were told that the apartment was not within the compound and were directed to a location 30km away! And we had to drive there in the dark. Quality of apartment was also atrocious. Unfinished cabin that smelt of paint, beds without blankets and wifi that didn't work. It was a total mis-representation and a rip-off.
6.8 Good
Pros: It was close to my destination
Cons: Showers had been leaking out causing to have a urine / humidity like smell. Not enough towels and my bed and trash were not taken care the following day. In addition the outside containers were overflowing .
4.5 Okay
Pros: The guy who gave us the keys was very kind.
Cons: Very-very dirty, run-down, very scary bullet-holes in the windows (we did no even dare to fall asleep), not enough cutlery and not enough towels. A shame for booking.com to list this
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Place seemed a little bit sketch, but looks are deceiving. Anyways my overall experience, if I was to give 5 stars I would give a 4-1/2 stars. Place was chill af. Would definitely spend a night out there in Oakhurst, Ca
