The process was extremely fast... we honestly weren’t expecting such a swift and friendly experience and atmosphere. The young man who helped us on the pick up day actually didn’t have what we wanted in stock and gave us a nicer vehicle at the same price. Thanks Enterprise team!10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
I had to cancel this reservation and there was no confirmation email sent so I had to call again. It was just so jard to know....did I do everything that needed to be done or not? And I kept gett8ng pick up return information. I had COVID so the entire trip was cancelled2.0 Poor

The staff were super rude and cared less. I told them to credit the charge back to my account and they of course said that they couldn't do that. I had an itinerary made up for that week and they literally waited a few hours beforehand to cancel the reservation.Cons:
