Communication was awful. My pickup was at 12:00 but the rental place was closed at 12:04. Lines were long since I had to travel 1/2 hour extra to pick up at a different rental. The small signs were difficult to see when driving by yourself. If there is another alternative for transportation I am taking that.Reviewed 5 Mar. 2023

They called and cancelled on us telling us they had no car for us, even though we reserved it through you and paid for it. We passed on reserving cars at the airport because we got a confirmation from kayak that we had a car through this agency. By the time they called to tell us they really didn’t have any cars and don’t like it when websites like yours keep reserving them, it was too late for us to get a car at the airport. They were all gone. We ended up having to spend the night in Cincinnati at our own expense and ended up renting a car through another company to be able to get home the next day.Reviewed 8 Aug. 2022

This location didn’t have the car I rented when I arrived. They tried playing the “free upgrade” game and wanted to rent me a Jeep Compass instead of a full-size car. That would have destroyed my vacation budget with gas. After having to wait around 2 hours for them to find a car, they gave me a somewhat dirty car. @ pickup no additional charges were communicated (after large advance reservation, 2 clarifying confirmation calls etc they charged us double, yes 2x the reserved price)- the van was not ultra clean, older model, & had problems. Received with dents in rear door & side (sliding door & back doors were difficult to open). Windshield wipers were awful & we went through severe thunderstorms through Smokies, that made it life threatening. Finally, a hub was severely rubbing, loud to point of louder than radio. When calling customer service, NO option given unless the vehicle stopped running. When we dropped off vehicle, they said TOO much sand - didn’t realize we had to detail prior. Horrible experience I booked the car at the location near me the same day that I was supposed to pick the car up I got a call telling me it's canceled lady said they have 9 ppl needing cars but only have 7 and I need to call customer service to rebook. Upon calling customer service to find a new location because I was leaving that day I was told that they would honor the price of the original booking but when I got there it was 20.00 more I will never rent from them againReviewed 18 Jul. 2022
