Pick up and driving was all good. When I dropped it off they more so blamed me for all the damages that were already on it and that I went over with the rep before I drove off with it. An OK experience though.

Service representative was the least helpful person I've ever had at any rental car company. Pickup document showed full gas tank but was actually one quarter full. Luckily I took a photo before I drove off with the odometer and fuel tank level. When dropping off, told the same rep about the tank and he asked me to take a photo of the odometer and fuel gauge. The representative also had a proper conversation with a prior customer who is likely from the same geographic region as himself but did not provide that same level of service to me. I don't need to be pampered, I'm just saying bare minimum service levels need to be had with everyone. Gave avis a try but won't be renting with avis again after this experience.

The agent at pick-up was a bit frazzled and overworked, but he was extremely helpful in making alterations to our trip and helping us get a better situation worked out. The folks at drop off were very kind and helpful as well. Good experience overall! Just hard to get over the massive price hike in all rental cars.

They called me when I was on my way and had no cars. The address featured on the site was also incorrect. This was extremely frustrating and ruined my trip, Driving Force should not be on Kayak because all the information is wrong and they blamed me for it instead of taking accountability for their online information being wrong. They were kind on the phone but still, this is unacceptable

My flight got delayed and the company was closed by the time I landed. They were closed the next day and all weekend. Never got my rental and had to Uber all weekend.
