9.2 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is big, clean, and very nice Very good service in bar, kitchen, and pool bar Food is very Good, staff are very cooperative Rooms are big and very comfortable, Sea view is beautiful Pool is grate, Pool bar is very good too,
Cons: 1. Customers should pay in Euro Cash ONLY in the front desk for their reservation, to avoid the Hotel to CHARGE them in TERKISH LIRA AND CHARGE extra PRICE of 4% for currency conversion. Hotel rate for currency conversion is lower than the official rate. BE CARFULL. 2. Customers should bring with them ANY TYPE of medicines that they might need during their stay, OTHERWISE they will need to call the medical Dr ( who is Rarely in the hotel, and IT COST 100 euro to bring him !!!!!) IN ORDER TO GET THE PRESCRIPTION FOR ANY MEDICINE they need. 3. customers should be aware that The HOTEL Taxi drivers either they charge higher price than the regular Taxi drivers or if the customer demand them to use the TAXI METER in Terkish Lira, They CHEAT WITH THE TAARIF (They put tariff no 2 instead of 1 and charge the customers 50% more then the REGULAR price. Customers should not trust the official Tariff, and negotiate the price like being in the Terkish Bazar !!! Never call Taxi drivers in the Last Day. Better arrange your departure 2-3 days before for better negotiation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything is perfect
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Room was only set up for 2 people. However, we were 3. Had to ask for more towels and bedding. The air conditioning has broken down consistently. The hotel is too crowded making it an uncomfortable stay. Breakfast does have endless options however, again, it is too crowded, orange juice was out of date- being acidic and sour in flavour. Therefore, did not enjoy my breakfast. Music from the night club is heard from our rooms until late at night. The staff is not helpful and does not attended our enquiries. The security staff are rude and pathetic, they take over 10 minutes to bring our car. They do not collect the car from us when we drop it off, you need to walk to the security office yourself to drop off the keys. I have complained to the reception about the lack of operation and organisation in the handling of our car - no response or apology was given. Bracelets were put on our wrists on the first day with no explanation - we had to ask the cleaning staff what they were for. Whenever we had asked a staff member for assistance with something, they tell you to go speak to someone else from a different section. The activities and entertainment was not explained to us either. We came to this hotel for a holiday and a good time. From the title of the hotel you would think it would be a “luxury” and “exclusive” time as promised by your services, however, this is probably the worst hotel I have stayed in, in Turkey. Definitely will not be returning. Waste of money. My friends and I are extremely disappointed.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: food was delicious, especially we liked Mustafa cocteils in Irish pub,he made real mohjitos.kids liked swimmingpools and kids-club
Cons: most of the clients was russian, but happily they were not noisy.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Food was exellent. Super.
Cons: Music and entertaiment was too loud all the time. More less is much better.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It was a very good experience. I liked it a lot. The building itself was really amusing. Every thing was great in my opinion, but there was something that didn't work well for me: The quality of alcoholic drink. It was either fake or they were mixing with water or something else.
Cons: The quality of alcoholic drinks. The food was not bad and it could be much better. Also I booked a mountain view room from the website but the view was toward nothing, it was just a blank wall in front of my window.
7.5 Good
Pros: Food and swimming
Cons: Customer service
5.8 Okay
Pros: Lunch and dinner View
Cons: Rude and indifferent employees Contrary to the reservation of a room below the ground and without a window that replaced the room Breakfast poor for 5 star hotel
9.2 Excellent
Pros: For us this was the first 'all inclusive' experience so we did not quite know what to expect. The food selection was really amazing. Everything has it own times but you get used to that very fast. And if you can't remeber: it's in every elevator. Breakfast: Wow! Served from 7 - 10:45 and has the most amazing selection Lunch: Bit smaller than breakfast. From around noon - 14.30. We usually skipped as there were places closer to the pool to grab a nice snack. Dinner: from 19 - 21. Again, an amazing selection. Try the man in the corner, he usually has the best Turkish dishes. The dessert are superb, the most beautiful decorates cakes and a lot of other sweets. Beyond these three main meals there's also a pattiserie (opened till 18pm), a place where you can have your own selected pasta dish prepared, a cafetaria (noon-17pm) and a late night snack (midnight - 1am). Beyond the food (as you can tell I was very impressed): It has a lot of facilities. We personally liked going out, to smell some of the real Turkey but one could go by without leaving the resort as everything you need is on site. The pools were heated and felt like a warm bath (untill the first of May. After that it either broke or was switched off but that was ok). The kids loved the waterslides. There is a lot of staff. We were travelling with small kids and they occasionally dropped things and every single time there was someone within a few seconds to help out.
Cons: We felt that the animation programm was a bit loud. And this was preseason. I'm guessing it will be a lot louder during summer. But if you are looking for that, this is definately a nice place to go Also, there were too many Russians. I'm guessing around 80%. Staff spoke Turkish and Russian and only very few knew some English.

2.5 Mediocre
Pros: The view of ocean
Cons: The bed was rubbish from 5 in the morning they started building work and it was like they were cutting with electric saw it was horrible sound no rest no sleep it was awful. We had to book to go turkaz restaurant when we arrived they moved us from one table to the other they didn’t serve me and I asked them To bring me a set of cutlery and plate. Really rude and very bad attitude and I can even speak there language well. Very disappointing no I would not recommend this place to anyone.plus we experienced 2 smaller earthquakes 4.2 but it was very scary the whole room was shaking very badly
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Helpful staff, very nice view on seaside, very good food, very nice pool and beach
Cons: The WIFI net was bad
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Well, after 7 days spent at the resort, I can share the following: - the staff at the reception is very friendly and professional - the food was very good, tasty - the hotel rooms from the building no. 9 are great and modern.
Cons: - the rooms from all other buildings are not so great. - the tennis court is not pro: you can't play tennis and basketball at the same time, because it's the same court. - they charge you for the tennis balls (if you don't have and need theirs) with 7 euro per hour, which is enormous. - they don't have enough fruits at the restaurant: Just watermelon and apples. No bananas, no grapes or wild fruits. - the waiters, bartenders and all staff don't speak English at all. They understand just Turkish or Russian - staff is not friendly. They serve you on your first day at the restaurant with any drink you'd like and if you don't give any tip, you will have to get yourself a drink for the rest of the holiday. This happened to us with 3 different waiters. So if you want them to be friendly and get a nice service, you need to give some tip daily. There are also many other services/foods you have to pay for: - fresh orange juice at the breakfast - 2 euro - box of strawberries - 2 euro - box of cherries - 2 euro - boiled corn - 2 euro/pc. (very expensive) - men haircut - 20 euro - hour billiard - 5 euro/hour - wellness package 90 min (massage, hamam, sauna - 40 euro) - etc.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The hosekeeping woman was the only nice person is the whole resort.
Cons: Staff was rude and almost no one speaks english, some of them don’t even speak turkish. They have private parking, but it’s in front of the hotel and they crowd all cars in 20sqm, I even got mu car hit by the door of another car, I reported to the hote and they just said “it might be from another place, not from our hotel, the staff didn’t saw anything”. There are no survilance cameras on the area, yeah... “private and secured parking”... The beach is horrible, the sand is more stone than sand and all sunbeds have one big cover which won’t allow you to stay under the sun and under shadow with your partener at the same time All towels stink! They are like never washed The rooms are not 5star rooms, more like 3 stars. Lots of damages to the furniture, bad beds, bad pillows, stinky bed covers and small and damaged bathrooms with no utilities. One night we didn’t even had hot water In two words: horrible experience. Won’t recommend
