10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, quiet, good value stay for an airport transfer. I booked last minute due to a missed flight and it was no problem. I received a warm welcome and was happy to stay here for the night. My room came with a mini fridge and it’s own bathroom/shower. There is also a small store a 5 minute walk away which was nice for buying a quick dinner. I would stay here again should I need a nice convenient location to Manchester airport. Note that an Uber costs approximately £13 from this location.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The lovely warm welcome.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Superb as ever, clean, friendly and fantastic price. Always stay here for an early flight. Back in a few weeks thank you!
7.5 Good
Pros: Room was immaculate. Very well prepared and beds soooo comfortable.
Cons: Booked the room the night before our flight to Florida with the family. We appeared to arrive as the owner was eating his dinner and as to be expected it was more of a thrown in than a book in. Whilst getting ready to go in the morning , following a shower one of the kids used deodorant in the bathroom. When they opened the door it set off the smoke detector. The same chap that threw us into the room , then admonished us , telling us that we should have evacuated the building. Perhaps position the smoke detector away from the bathroom. It’s unlikely the wettest area will ignite !
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was fantastic for getting to the airport for a morning flight. Area seemed very nice and quiet. Room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Hosts were lovely and helpful. Would stay again.
9.2 Excellent

9.2 Excellent
Pros: It's a great hotel
Cons: Nothin
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location was great, rooms were really clean.
Cons: 1 staff member on the reception, barely spoke, I requested if there was anyway for an earlier check in to which they responded their check in time was 3pm only yet I overheard the person beside me checking in had asked the same thing to another staff member in which they responded that they will absolutely try and sort something out. I had an issue with my room card which happens however I had to take it down 2 times in a row to said staff member who constantly repeated the questions they asked me for the same answers and it still didn’t work so on the third time I took it to another staff member who got it sorted for me. These were very minor issues but simple things that would have made my experience great instead of good, customer service comes first.
7.1 Good
Pros: Nice rooms
Cons: Bar
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Loved the decor, the location and the price!
Cons: The room was very hot and meant we didn’t get the best nights sleep, as the air con wasn’t powerful enough and the window didn’t provide much breeze behind the thick curtains
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Receptionist Annette was really helpful during check-in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were incredible
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness, location, lovely big soft towels. Staff very friendly Stayed 2 nights for work. Would recommend and stay again

Cons: Duvet was a bit thin but that’s being really fussy!
7.5 Good
Pros: Modern hotel in city centre. Nice shower.

8.8 Excellent
Cons: We had a suite and it seemed everything in it was for sale. For the cost of the suite I would had expected some complementary drinks or snacks
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The classiness ... the comfort. I mean, everything about the place is just great.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The view from the rooftop bar
Cons: The leaking window in our bedroom . The amount of dust in our room on arrival. The remote control to the t v would switch both t vs over at the same time regardless if someone was watching the t v in bed while the other person was watching another channel in the lounge area. We should have had 2 remote controls that worked independently not 1.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Classy decor, clean throughout. Location is great in central manchester. Rooms are well equipped, we had cheapest room but it still had a bathroom bigger than most hotel rooms in manchester! Coffee maker, bug tv, comfy bed. Hotel gas a rooftop bar with table service which was excellent. Staff are bang in form!
Cons: Oh hotel gotham... those drinks prices! Its expensive! Two cocktails and a bowl of crisps came to over thirty pounds! They were lovely, but you would expect them to be for that price!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: One of the best hotels I've had the pleasure of staying in. And I've stayed in a LOT of hotels.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Loved the creamy scrambled egg. Loved the private bar. All felt cool and exclusive.
Cons: It was pricey!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic stay, beautiful hotel, decor and facilities were superb.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good location , nice City views. Very quirky luxury hotel. Different to the norm.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Where do I start? The sophisticated and super classy decor, the cleanliness, the friendly and and welcoming staff, the ease of the valet service, the attention to detail, the breakfast service to the room (a must), the big huge luxurious bathroom with that LUSH rain shower, the comfortable bed, the fancy toiletries and bathrobes, I could go on and on. It is pricey, but honestly so worth it. I booked this for my superhero loving husbands birthday present and I think I loved it more than he did. Don’t hesitate to book. It’s completely worth it! 10/10!
Cons: There weren’t any slippers available for us and that was stated in the description when booked. Not a fault, but the main reception to check in/out is on 6th floor which you should be mindful of at busy periods/checking out. We were fortunate to not experience any delays going up and down.
4.6 Okay
Cons: There was no air conditioning in the room despite the website clearly saying it. I could not sleep the whole night in the heat. The matter was brought to management repeatedly but there was nothing they could do.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The rooms were luxurious with a contrmporary teistloved . Location fab for shopping bars restaurants and theatres. Valet parking can be pre booked at hotel.
Cons: Loved our whole trip

Cons: Parking, small walk. Not really a complaint.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quirky yet luxurious. Imaginative decor, comfortable and well equipped. A lovely getaway!
Cons: No faults.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The write up was accurate, yes ceilings were low, stairs narrow, floor wonkey, I'm 6'4' and had a smashing time, (no pun intended) booking, gaining access all went wonderfully.
Cons: If there was one thing to improve facilities it would be a sink downstairs (camelot suite) unless we missed it.
6.7 Good
Pros: Location, friendly host, quirkiness,
Cons: Was advertised as a luxury five star accommodation but afraid I couldn’t rate it as this. No on-site parking, breakfast. The mattress was uncomfortable. There was also a distinct smell of damp throughout the property. It’s certainly unique and has some good features but overall did not consider it either five star nor value for money I’m afraid
7.5 Good
Cons: very cosy and romantic
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful cosy suite with so much to look at, truly like staying in a storybook

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great value for money , couldn’t ask for more
Cons: They need to improve aircon in the rooms
6.3 Good
Pros: The staff where very nice.the hotel was clean and tidy.
Cons: The room was so small.there was no wardrobe,no iron.the shower terrible.quite a let down for a hotel room.
7.7 Good
Pros: The location is excellent, just opposite to the train station. Room is very small but has been designed to include all the necessary facilities. Plenty of power sockets for laptop, mobile, etc. Wifi was free, reliable and of reasonable speed. Ample provision of tea and coffee in the room. Friendly staff and a good system for luggage storage in the hotel lobby.
Cons: Noise insulation isn't that good as I could hear people speaking in the other room, etc. The stool for the work desk was not suitable for me to do much work as it was tiring without a back support. Occasionally, housekeeping wasn't to the standard required as I found the same pillowcases with my hair on it, carpet was not hoovered, etc.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice crew, convenient place, clean hotel and room, quiet, right in front of the railway station and tram. Very nice breakfast. Quick check in and check out. Excellent.
Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Price, location were fantastic, room was basic but OK
Cons: Room is very basic, has some problems with the hotel lock which didn't work every time. Not the end of the world but aggravating none the less
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location, modern rooms with decent beds, noon check out, very affordable price point. Would definitely stay here again.
Cons: A little bit more information about the room would have been nice; maybe it's intuitive to others but I didn't realize I needed to put my card into a slot when I first walked in, or that the shower fan was controlled along with the thermostat, etc.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely clean room, excellent location, easy check-in and check-out, lovely lounge area downstairs
7.5 Good
Pros: Friendly staff. Clean Efficient
Cons: Hard beds Bedside lights wouldnt switch off unless u took card out of slot = no tv or air con Pricey drinks and snacks at bar
7.5 Good
Pros: Clean and comfortable for a night
Cons: Terrible view from window this time!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staf was friendly, we got a room on a high floor with good view. The room is very clean and neat, tastefully done. The bed is very comfortable, pillows are just right. There’s lots of electrical outlets enough for all our gadgets. There’s also tea making equipment so that’s handy. Breakfast is also quite good despite it being cold/continental, so I would recommend to get the breakfast option. Location is also very close to the Manchester Piccadilly train station.
Cons: The room is a bit small so it might not suit family with small children.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet rooms away from the lifts. Always nice when your special request is granted!
Cons: There were washcloths in the bathroom so I wound up using a hand towel to wash my face!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: At check in the staff were exceptionally polite and professional. Advice on attractions and restaurants was spot on. Dieter Muller CEO quoted a manager when he started 40 years ago as saying “making your guests happy with your breakfast offer is the key and a tough challenge”. I think Motel One has certainly nailed it on the head. A lot of thought has obviously gone into the rooms, as they are very comfortable, quite and have a quality appeal. Highly recommended.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The room was so comfortable, I had the best nights sleep ever in a hotel
Cons: The breakfast service was not that great. We waited over 20 minutes for a cup of coffee
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel was excellent as I was there for a football match at old Trafford. I was very pleased to be offered a view of the old Trafford stadium which I didn't think I would get for the price I paid
Cons: There wasn't anything major that I didn't like. The shower in the bathroom was overhead however a shower cap was not provided. The bathroom had some wasted space, as I believe the shower area could have been made as a cubicle and the wall opposite could possibly have a longer towel rail. The current towel rail next to the sink is very small for the towels provided, therefore guest may not choose to keep existing towels for longer stays.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close proximity to old Trafford cricket ground. Comfortable bed and friendly helpful staff
7.9 Good
Pros: There location is superb for both football and cricket. The majority of staff are friendly and professional and the hotel was both comfortable and clean.
Cons: The breakfast was very disappointing and I was left hungry on both days and forced to buy top up food from the local Tesco. It is not a buffet breakfast like most hotels in its price bracket and the options are very small in size. There is a small selection of continental options to add to the menu choice but these are no good to anyone who doesn't eat bread.
6.7 Good
Pros: Convenient
Cons: Had made a booking in the Cafe Football for a meal last night at 7.30 and we arrived at 7 20. We got our meal at 8.40! Waitress apologised for wait but 1 hour 20 min wait us not acceptable for one course!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The beds were excellent, very clean and comfy, the rooms incredibly quiet, great stay good atmosphere, would highly recommend. Anna on reception was amazing, she always remembered us and our room number and did it with a smile a real credit to the hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: lovely room, comfortable bed, nice food in restaurant, all staff met were very friendly and helpful
Cons: awkward finding the car park and reversing out from front of hotel after dropping off family and luggage
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff and very helpful and fantastic facilities
6.3 Good
Pros: Room was lovely
Cons: Service and breakfast shocking
7.4 Good
Pros: Tantastic Manchester United football atmosphere and hype before and after the game
Cons: The beds were a little small and of course on game days it's a bit pricey. They could use a better gym for a hotel dedicated to Sport
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The view of old Trafford stadium out of the room window! My son being a man utd fan could ask for more. The room was spacious and clean.
Cons: Breakfast was dissaponting. It took 30 minutes for our omlettes to arrive. I realise the place was full at that moment, but still the wait was too long for a breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff, location and facilities are the best
Cons: Could not fault a thing

Pros: Beautiful big bedroom with loads of space, cleaned to within an inch of its life. The bathroom was spotless and gleaming with a fantastic powerful (adjustable for comfort) walk-in shower. Very close to the Center of Manchester and didn’t hear any traffic noise even though the tram lines are nearby and so are the roads. We had a beautiful view over the canal aswell.
Cons: The bed was like sleeping on a rock and the pillows were naff whether you chose firm or soft. Didn’t sleep well at all. The duvet was all lumpy and bumpy.

Cons: Floor didn't seem to have been vacuumed and one of the towels had hairs on it from a previous guest. We did check in early though so the room may have been prepared in a rush and it was a busy Bank Holiday weekend.

Pros: Loved this place and have stayed before. Had a room overlooking the stadium for the T20 game. The room was so comfortable with tea and coffee in room. From start to finish the whole experience was brilliant. Matthew on the check in was an absolute star.

Cons: People entered our room early hours of the morning management didn’t seem bothered at all
7.9 Good
Pros: Our room was lovely, modern & clean & really comfortable bed & great selection of TV channels! The Metro is just a two minute walk from the hotel & just a short ride into the city.
Cons: It's very noisy in the mornings early with people tending to the cricket pitch - not a big deal but not ideal should you wish to sleep in! There was a wedding on in the cricket club on our first night, the music was extremely loud & we could clearly hear the MC the whole time. I approached reception the next morning to ask what was on the night before & if they could tell me would there be another event on the second night - the two girls on reception were so helpful & kind. One got the manager, although I had not suggested I speak to him. I just explained to him the noise levels went on until late & with the noise on the cricket pitch early it's not ideally what I had expecting when paying to stay! He was quite rude, asked me what I wanted him to do, I explained I only mentioned it at reception to see if there would be the same level of noise again the second night as if so we would check out early - he told me the hotel was full & I was the only person to mention the noise. It should not matter if I'm the only person to mention the noise, I'm a paying guest & I'm telling you about the noise! He also stated the wedding was two buildings away, For a manager of what I can see is a nice, popular hotel he should really work on both his people & customer service skills!

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Boutique hotel so very nice, room clean comfortable. Pillows and bed perfect, room quiet so good nights sleep. Staff friendly and helpful. Lovely surroundings.
Cons: Food in the Galloping Major, expensive so I expected perfection. Ordered a medium well done fillet steak, husband ordered a medium. I got a well done he got a medium well, chips are large shaped like a fish finger, awful. I have read really good reviews so maybe a one off. No shampoo in room or dressing gown/slippers.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the outside Oddfellows On The Park appears to be a lovely old manor house. On the inside though it is full of the strangest decorations we've ever seen. It is ultra modern with chrome, and new-fangled everything. / Our lunch (a club sandwich) on the terrace was very good. The tea trays passing by looked scrumptious. / The park setting is lovely and the playground seemed to be great for kids.
Cons: We didn't like the fact that the shower and the toilet were constructed of peek-a-boo glass. They offered very little privacy (visually and auditory). / We had to keep our shades shut - as our room was on the ground floor and anyone could look in.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Really beautifully designed rooms, stunning showers.
Cons: Hugely expensive breakfast. The fridges in our rooms didn’t actually make anything cold.

7.1 Good
Pros: Location, as getting an early flight from the airport.
Cons: Room standard is not upto the quality of the price you pay. The lady on the check in was friendly and welcoming. We went to dine in the restaurant on the evening after we arrived, after already looking at the menu outside, we asked what looked like was the restaurant manager or supervisor if they did any vegan options, he walked away, came back with a menu and said "theres the menu sir" and walked back off. The menu doesn't state anywhere what items are suitable for vegans as we had already discovered from looking at it from outside. Not the kind of service you would expect . However, we went to the same lady that checked us in at reception and she went Into the restaurant and got this sorted for us. And the manager explained what we could have and gave an allergen book.

Cons: We booked a suit got there realized it was small, stayed 2 nights and took an extra room.Day 3 we booked a two bedroom suit which really isn't it's just them bringing two rooms together. We were shown a suit with a balcony & since my artist is super claustrophobic and has a lot of luggage we agreed to that.Upon going to pay they claimed someone booked that particular room for 2 nights and we booked it right with them less than an hr ago for 3 nights. These super racist hotel people just because the person was black almost even lied they never showed us the room.We left the hotel and booked a huge 3 bedroom penthouse suit somewhere else.Mind u we had no issues we these people we just decided to leave after realizing it was more of a racist thing, I forgot to mention their services suck, they barely help with anything like umbrellas and opening doors smh we never even had a conversation with any one except the manager the day we left but go this email today claiming we were rude to their guests.

Cons: The hotel is very nice and the location is great. Unfortunately, the hotel thought it was a good idea to carry construction work in the room next door, which was loud and lasted for my whole stay (6 nights) from 8am to 5pm. Totally unacceptable for a hotel of that quality.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: did not take breakfast as met son and partner for breakfast both days. Location perfect as just 10 minutes walk from sons flat .
Cons: Price appeared to rise as bank holiday weekend which I always struggle to understand as same room and same facility so just taking advantage of demand. Parking was a joke both days as one day just found space after waiting 30 minutes and second day had to park in council car park as no spaces available. However, without me even asking, you refunded days parking fee which was very impressive :) Not sure why you charge to park- should be free for guests staying.
7.9 Good
Pros: The staff were very nice. The room was lovely, it was comfortable and modern.

Pros: Location is great for Old Trafford, Nice Bar Food
