Pros (+) Great staff, very clean and beautiful space. The waiter remembered my name, which is always nice.

Pros (+) The pool area was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk help was great

Cons (-) The TV didn't work properly. The engineer was polite and nice. However, it took quite a while for him to replace a part and fix it. Not his fault. However, very inconvenient that the hotel gave us a room with a faulty TV.
