The atmosphere inside is peaceful and romantic - candles, lounge music, the smell of freshly baked cake... B&B is well furnished and decorated in a local country style. Extremely friendly hosts. The room was impressively clean and comfortably warm. Bed linen was super clean and snow white! Bed itself is above my compliments - super-mega cozy. Would also want to mention the breakfasts - impressive, relaxing atmosphere(again - music, candles), good quality and variety of products. Aristocratic serving and fantastic coffee.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. The place, the host, accommodation and the food, everything was brilliant.
Cons: Just the connectivity from Bruges. But if you wish to stay in a real farmhouse it can't be in the middle of a township. So it's fine.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Lovely place close to the center of Brugge. Friendly and helpful family running both the farm and the bed and breakfast. Beautiful garden where you can have a seat and enjoy the surroundings, go for a swim in the pool, or just look at all the animals. The apartment was very cosy and charming with lots of colors and prints combined with wood. Impressive craftsmanship with an eye for details. Comfy bed at the loft. Nice breakfast in the shared kitchen. The location is perfect, especially if you have a bike. Then it’s about 20 minutes to the center of Brugge. All in all we give our warmest recommendations to “Le Plat Pays”!
Cons: A bit expensive. Especially if you’re going to stay more than one or two nights.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful place in the country. Loved the animals and the friendly people.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable, clean, pretty B & B. Attention to detail exquisite. Hosts kind & helpful. Breakfast delicious. Near enough to cycle into Bruges but far enough away to enjoy the peace & tranquility of the area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was such a wonderful experience. We went as a last minute holiday after deciding to visit Bruges when we were on holiday in France! The accommodation was beautiful and the breakfast was amazing. We couldn’t believe how lovely the owners were. It really is a calm little piece of paradise.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Caroline was a very friendly host and our family room was very clean and comfortable. We loved all the animals, especially Freda and Pongo! The breakfast was superb, our 5 year old loved the salmon! The location was great, and we were only 10 minutes from bruges and 25 mins from the Belgian coast.
Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast. Proper farm where you can be with the farm animals
Cons: Empty when we arrived so limited activities to do if you spend any daylight hours
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very good location, few minutes away from Central Station Parking. Very interesting experience. Was our first time on a yurt ... kids loved it. It is far more comfortable that we expected. The owners are very nice people. The gardens are nice and well maintained, all is very clean and the place is set up in good taste. The kitchen and toiled are as separated, but you should expect this in a yurt.
Cons: There is a fairly strong small of sheep in the family yurt because it is padded with sheep wool (we were told that this is because it is new), but I guess this is normal for a yurt, right? That pays back since the insulation worked great in cold. Give it some time and the smell, in that setup, adds some comfort to the place. You should expect though that you'll need to wash all your jackets/clothes afterwards, used or not.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place in a lovely country farm location a few km outside of old Bruges. Pretty and spacious rooms full of character and a stunning range of breakfast all from local produce. Wonderful.

Pros: Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They accommodated our needs for an earlier breakfast serving which was much appreciated. Very comfortable stay. A very good restaurant is directly across the street from the B&B. We ate there two nights in a row.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Extremely warm welcome. The property was located in a quiet area not far from the E40 for our onward journey to the Channel Tunnel. Fantastic breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a very nice stay at this quiet, friendly, cosy little accommodation! Thank you for the special service!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We liked everything :) The house is in a very quiet small village by the canal and it it very cosy, with this oldfashoned charme. Hosts are lovely, warm couple that you can see are running this place with love and devotion. They are there for any request or help you might need. The dining room is nice and intimate with classical music during breakfast( breakfast is really ok, not so much variety, but one does not need more for breakfast anyway) The room itself is spatious, Beds are comfortable. Room also has a very personal touch with some nice details. Location is very good if you like being outside of busy urban areas. Brugge and Ostende are both 15 min drive by car, so it is also conviniant for city hopping. The car parking is available on the street in front of a building, and there is also a restaurant just accros the street( which we did not have time to visit). Also one info... they could not accept our credit cards for payment, so we had to pay in cash ( it might be important to someone)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Superb hosts and the location is fantastic for cycling holidays, next to a canal with lovely rides to Brugge and de Haan .
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Highly recommended! The hosts were very nice and helpful during our stay and also with the kids. We arrived at night after 23h and, as soon as I parked the car, they came out to receive us and help! The villa (house) is amazing inside, old style, very well decorated. Beautiful garden in the backyard. Very nice breakfast, with ambient music. Nice location, in 10 min by car you can go to the beach (De Haan) or to the city (Bruges). Superb restaurant just in front of the villa, on the other side of the street, with a view to the canal.

Cons: Needed long mirrors in bedrooms. There was no milk for coffee one day and when tried to call number for help, there was no answer. Needed towel to dry hands in communal toilet. The “queen bed” in Monsignor room was a double and uncomfortable.

Cons: In order not to do a tour of the town, it was preferable to receive in advance some instructions regarding the parking. More attention regarding the cleaning, especially in the bathroom.

Pros: The B&B was PERFECT for our tired weary family - we needed a break from on-the-go travel and the home and pool were ideal for rest and relaxation. Walking distance to the best and more beautiful fondue/bbq type restaurant that looks upon a castle. Amazing! Owner, Stacey, picked us up at the train station - as a taxi/uber isn't really possible - she became our best friend in the first 5 minutest of meeting her - she and her husband are perfect hosts and their home was wonderful. Can't wait to visit them in Portugal!

Pros: Amazing service and location,
Cons: just be careful with the parking spot in front of the hotel to bring down your baggage, I ask if I can park there to bring down my stuff since I was with my baby , they toll me that I can do it for that purpose, the police enter the hotel to ask and no one tell him it was my car, so they put me a ticket that I can’t pay until it arrives by mail

Pros: The professional staff and luxurious surroundings made our stay very comfortable.
Cons: The underground car park was quite expensive at Euro 30/day and did not have a lift into the hotel.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: the location, staff, and services.
Cons: the TV channels, no enough English and Arabic channels
7.3 Good
Pros: A beautiful hotel which was very comfortable. We didn't eat in the hotel but had drinks in the bar a couple of times which was very pleasant. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. The pool complex was beautiful and relaxing, the only complaint would be the pool could have been made a little bigger. Saying this there were never many people there so it was not really a problem. The hotel is very central and the shops and attractions are nearby. We would recommend a canal boat trip.
7.7 Good
Pros: Service from front desk staff is excellent and friendly. Rooms are large and very comfortable, with separate tub and large stand-up shower. You will sleep very well here! Lots of amenities but we didn't try them as we were only there for 2 nights. Good location, about a 5 minute walk to the Markt square.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Loved the following: excellent central location, the romantic interior decoration and furnishings, a room with a great view, and the very friendly and welcoming staff. Although we had no special requests, I had the impression the staff would have gone out of their way to accommodate if we had. Parking in the nearby garage at a discounted rate is a definite plus.
Cons: The only downsides: the double twin mattresses instead of a proper king-size bed gave less-than-ideal comfort throughout the night, although this was not a huge issue. The hotel breakfast fee seemed a bit high for what was on offer compared to other options nearby the hotel.

There were also bikes for them to ride and a play area. She prepared an absolutely wonderful breakfast in the mornings and it was in a great location for exploring Brugge, Ghent, and World War I sites further to the west. Pros: Everything was perfect, best place we stayed at in Europe. Open your window to the sound of horses clip-clopping down the quaint cobble stoned lanes. Exquisite!
Cons: Would have liked wine glasses in our room but how minor compared to everything else
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Closeness to the attractions
Cons: That we were not told in advance that parking has to be arranged separately
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were 3 adults in a triple room. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. Location very good, close to both Minnewater and the central square. Excellent experience.
6.8 Good
Pros: The location was great and the staff were very helpful. My room was nice and quiet. The bathtub was very nice and big!
Cons: The hotel is really a combination of different buildings, and temperature varies wildly. Some areas were stiflingly hot. furniture in the lobby was strangely modern for a historic area, and some of it was shabby. There was a strange smell that permeated much of the hotel, including the lobby, the common bathrooms, and my room.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The receptionist was welcoming, happy and helpful. Although we had stayed a few times previous she was very helpful with pointing out the nearby attractions and helped us with the train timetable. Leaving our luggage and early check in was no problem and collecting our luggage after check out was very much appreciated. Thus making it easier to spend more time in Brugge. The hotel is adjacent to many amenities, 5 minutes from the coach park, 10 minutes from the train/bus station and at the top of the street one of the main streets into central Brugge, yet very quiet. The breakfast is excellent with a full variety to meet all requirements
Cons: The restaurant is only open for breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Many things, including ... friendly and helpful staff ... very spacious, clean, well maintained bedroom for three ... two large, comfortable beds (huge double and a single) ... great location with all the sights of Bruges in easy reach ... lastly it had its own car park!
