Overview

The idea of a yacht club conjures images of refined luxury. In the middle of Lake Buena Vista, Florida, guests can find Disney’s Yacht Club Resort, bringing a bit of Disney magic to the elegance of the New England luxury nautical tradition.

From the first step in the lobby, guests can sense the nautical theme present throughout the resort. The 621 guest rooms found on the property continue this elegant décor. Guests can book rooms with standard, garden, or water views.

One of the prime reasons guests visit this hotel is to explore Disney World and the amenities make it easy. Transportation is available, both in the form of a shuttle or private Minnie van, to get guests to Disney properties in a quick and easy fashion. The Disney magic continues back on the resort, with character experiences available to delight younger guests. In addition, the many outdoor pools found on the resort all ooze the charm of the nearby theme park. Kids can also play mini golf on a 36-hole course, inspired by the movie Fantasia.

When hungry, guests have a bevy of options to choose from without leaving the resort. Starting with a hearty breakfast buffet, guests can get the day started off right. Poolside service is available during the day. The signature restaurant is the Yachtsman Steakhouse, a New England style restaurant with Florida charm.

With the refinement of the classic yacht club and trademark fun of the theme parks, Disney’s Yacht Club Resort is a five-star way to visit Florida.
