"Poor" is not low enough of a rating: the place was under construction (not mentioned in the ad), they told me I had to leave a day before cause they were remodeling the place, there was a towel shoved into the toilet upon checking, the AC unit had a puddle of water under it, the place is literally a "roach motel": they were tiny roaches crawling around the room.
