The staff was beyond incredible. They are great at what they do. The location is run down. Hasn’t seen improvements in a while. Our room was flooding due to a malfunctioning AC.

I like the location, so close to downtown. I didn’t like that they were understaffed, one person checking in and with construction, it’s a maze trying to find your room. No towels by the pool, dirty cups and old food all over. There was a used coffe cup outside our room the entire stay and and a spilled drink that just dried up eventually in the elevator. The room it self was lovely. Staff was great.

Pros (+) The place was clean with bright and fun decor and the room was very nice and comfortable.
Cons (-) Every interaction I had with staff was strained at best. Just a very weird vibe all around. It's like I couldn't tell if I was being treated differently because they thought I didn't belong there for some reason or what.
