90 percent of the hotel was booked by a single group for Passover. Only one pool was available because the other one was reserved by their group although it wasn’t being used and instead they were using the other pool that they didn’t have reserved and therefore the pool was completely full with no where to sit while the other pool that was reserved only had about 5 people in it but yet we weren’t...

The staff was beyond incredible. They are great at what they do. The location is run down. Hasn’t seen improvements in a while. Our room was flooding due to a malfunctioning AC.

I like the location, so close to downtown. I didn’t like that they were understaffed, one person checking in and with construction, it’s a maze trying to find your room. No towels by the pool, dirty cups and old food all over. There was a used coffe cup outside our room the entire stay and and a spilled drink that just dried up eventually in the elevator. The room it self was lovely. Staff was great.

Pros (+) The place was clean with bright and fun decor and the room was very nice and comfortable.
Cons (-) Every interaction I had with staff was strained at best. Just a very weird vibe all around. It's like I couldn't tell if I was being treated differently because they thought I didn't belong there for some reason or what.
